Price is okay, it's quiet.

Changed microwave while I was there and set the old one on top of my leftover pizza. Took the soap out of the shower and didn't bother to give me a new one. Only had one cup, so I had to rinse it out for coffee and water. Bathroom floor is filthy, should really teach the maid to mop once in a while. And the breakfast is a joke, sickening sweet muffin or microwave breakfast sandwich 🤮. Had to ask for the pool to be opened and it was really hot outside.

I felt I should not even be charged for the room !! It was extremely frustrating and should not happen !!!

absolutely nothing !!!

we reserved a non smoking room and it reeked of smoke so I asked for another room . when I got to that room it hadn’t even bern cleaned . I asked for a 3rd room and the refrigerator had gross stuff in the freezer part !!

The hot water for the shower and the location

First off I drive 5 hrs to get there from Texas so I was 8:30 when I arrived. When I checked it the front desk attendant checked me into a dirty room twice on the second floor, on top of it not having an elevator. I still had to clean the tub with my own cleaning supplies because it was half clean. When I pulled the covers back on the bed there was bug in my bed . Spider webs were in corners of the room and stains on the walls. The refrigerator also had brown stains in it. My tv remote didn’t work for the tv, had to call the front desk and it still took her 20 min to come to my room. One of the towels had red stains on it, like who wants to bath with a stained towel. I will never again in my life stay here again it was absolutely horrible. The staff was friendly though.

Hotel has a great location, poor complimentary breakfast, comfortable bed, and a reasonable price.

Breakfast consist of coffee, blueberry muffins, and water. We went in to have breakfast, but it was terrible! My husband is a diabetic, and he cannot eat a lot of carbohydrates. There was no fruit, cereal, eggs, etc. Therefore, we went to McDonald's for breakfast. If that is all I could offer, I would not advertise a complimentary breakfast. Our room was a nice size, clean, and comfortable.

The bottom of the bathtub was in poor condition. Room 307 needs a new tub installed if you are going to continue to rent it. The wall above the tub had cracks in it. It is time to renovate if you are going to continue renting rooms. The tub was not as clean as I had hoped, but with its poor condition, that may be the best the housekeeping can do.

Might as well be a hole in the wall.

The only thing that was nice was the location, which gave me the convenience to visit my family.

The room was nasty! Thw toilet seat wasn't cleaned, there were hairs on the bathroom floors along the wall, hair on the ironing board and hair in the shower. The top of the microwave was dirty and the table had a layer of dust on it as well. I definitely couldnt walk on the floors barefooted because they were dirty too! The room was suppose to be a non-smoking room, but there were cigarette ashes behind the nightstand and along the floor where the leg of the headboard is located. I don't normally give reviews because honestly, I just don't worry too much about my experiences at hotels, but for this stay I had to speak up and say something. My worst hotel experience..

Bad experience

The GSR was very nice.

I didn't like that the mini fridge wasn't clean, iron had black stain all over it, the tub was nasty looks like it had glue in it and the coverlett looks like they wash it but the blood stains didn't come out of it .

They had roaches so couldn't sleep the smell in the room also n then it wasn't even check out time came back n had a few things missing n they had threw my food away shouldn't have been in my room bf 11 for checkout so after complaining one of the housekeepers took my items out her vehicle jus sad won't stay there again

Disappointing

Did not eat....

My room was dirty, the staff all except for one was really rude, and he was a black gentleman he was so nice and respectful, I don't know your name but to you thank you so very much. As far as the others that was working on this particular day that I checked in and the day I checked out I strongly suggest if you dislike your job so much go find one you will enjoy, because walking around frowned up, aggravated, and have an attitude, and flat out would not answer any of my questions, she was a white lady. But foe that particular gentleman thank you again!!! Keep on smiling and helping others, it looks really good on you.
