Poor

The beds were comfortable and the location was great.

My toilet didn't work and the phone in the room didn't work. They eventually moved me into another room.

Great last-minute booking

The rooms were very nice, comfy beds, and excellent decor. Loved the modern feel and the location that was close to everything

No complaints. The vacancy was much appreciated during the rolling black-out we were experiencing

Should have left when we got to the room.

The bathroom floor had urine on it. The bathroom looked like all they did was put clean towels in it.

Beds were not made during the whole stay. Although there was a hot water bottle they didn‘t had any tea for breakfast. Temperature in fittnessroom too high.

Good

Breakfast was excellent.

My room was up front. Lots of noise from guests and staff. The loud talking woke me up at 4:00 am.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. It was good having a microwave and refrigerator

convenient location to Natchitoches Louisiana and convenient to restaurants and fast food.

I felt that the lighting could have been brighter in bathroom

Location, close to interstate Pleasant staff

The bed I had was not comfortable at all. It made noises every time I moved. I think it needed a new mattress

It was a very nice stay

Didn’t know there was breakfast but we left early! We loved the hotel & enjoyed our stay celebrating our daughter graduate!

We checked out Friday morning before 9am and now it’s Sunday morning and we still have not had our money credited to our credit card. We sure was charged at the very moment but I guess it takes over 48 hours to credit ones account!

the roach of room 318

there was a roach crawling on the wall in our room. for the amount of money you have to pay one would think the hotel would be clean. i called downstairs twice to the front desk to let them know what was going on & that i was interested in changing rooms. the first time no one answered the phone. once i got someone on the phone she stated the hotel was full & we could not switch rooms, which was understandable. she then told me she would come up to the room in 2 minutes to handle the situation. she never showed up. we left the hotel for the night & spoke with someone else at the front desk in regard to the situation who said the lady before her did not let her know what was going on. she stated she would make note of it & speak with her manager to give us a discount for the stay. the next morning we checked out & no discount was given. highly disappointed.

The mattress was very hard to sleep on. My back was stiff and I kept tossing and turning, trying to get comfortable.
