Súper sucio, no hicieron el aseo de la habitación un solo día, pedí cambio de sábanas y nunca pasó, era caliente el hambiente pero sobre todo muy sucio

Sábanas sucias, no tenía almohadas, no había control remoto, solo una toalla grande, el baño tenía los jabones usados, apestaba a marihuana, e intentaron abrir el cuarto cuanto estábamos dentro así que horrible, espero mi dinero de vuelta ya

Location seems to be convenient, close to the highway
Terrible service and attitude. The hotel didn't honor my "non-refundable" reservation made via Booking.com. It was 9:30pm and after a 4 hour drive I was told they got nothing for me and they did nothing wrong. The manager blamed Booking for overselling their rooms. I told him I made probably over 100 reservations via Booking and never had this kind of issue before. The manager simply said because I have never booked such a popular sold out hotel like theirs before. I was told to call Booking, ask for a refund, and that's it. I was stunned by the situation and decided to sit in the lobby to process my next step. The manager was upset that I questioned what he said and I had not left yet. He went into the office and lashed out at me, telling his staff and calling me bitch this bitch that, like I would not overhear him...
I was able to reach Booking for help and they have a procedure to verify with the hotel first. Before they can offer an alternative solution, Booking has to wait at least 30 minutes for the hotel to respond to their phone call or email. Sadly nobody in the hotel tried to help to speed this up by answering Booking's verification. So I waited another 30+ minutes till Booking's next step, which was finding me another place to stay and covering the price difference. Finally I was able to check into another hotel by midnight, totally exhausted.
Originally I booked with Red Roof for the location and lower price as I only need a quick one night stay. After this nightmare, I learned not to overlook bad reviews. Booking is more reliable than this hotel. This place is poorly managed and lacks business integrity. They don't concern the impact they make on the guests when they fail to deliver.

The staff was nice and the room was big.
That the towels didn’t get changed often and they look dirty and not clean. I asked for some new ones the next day and they still looked dirty.

Booked a room and called to confirm. I got there at 2am and they didn't have a room. Were very rude. The place is very run down

It had a microwave and mini fridge. It had an elevator.
The floors were filthy. Where the smoke alarm was installed there were over 1" opening in the ceiling over the bed. There was no hot water for a shower and no way to use the bathtub. Stains on the sheets. The hot water returned the next morning when I didn't have time to take a shower. I scheduled 2 days but checked out after 1. The person at the desk just said by and have a nice day. The corporate people said to tell the desk. I still had to pay for a second night. When I checked in they tried to charge me a lot more. I told them the price booking.com said. They said there were over $50 in added taxes. I said booking.com had the total charge. After going back and forth several times I finally had them agree to the price booking .com had.

The front desk clerk cancelled my reservation and we were not informed until we arrived late that night expecting a room. It was difficult to find another accommodation for our stay that late in the night. We had to travel several more miles. It was great inconvenience!

Close to the Walmart and other things to eat
I was put in a room that the shower didn’t work for that first not, I was switched out the next day. But I still had to wash up.

The staff were trained poorly in customer service, the facility was very dirty, there were dirty linens outside of the rooms all through the hall, it stunk and was very hot and musky smelling. It took 45 mins for the staff to check me into my room, I asked for a receipt for paying the room charge and the guy couldn't figure out how to give me one, when he gave me a paper that was supposed to be a receipt it was just showing the charge not that it had been paid, on the paper it showed that we were booked into room 127 but physically we were put in 126, I asked him to fix it to show the true room number and he crossed it out with a pen and handed it back to me, I gave it back and asked him to fix it in the computer but he didn't, I wanted this done so that if someone in room 127 messed anything up it wouldn't come back on me and me be charged. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone

advertised continental breakfast but has been under remodeling for 4 months. beds where very uncomfortable. no heat in the room. was very noisy at 3am so kids and I got no sleep. phone didn’t work

The Hotel is rundown it smells bad . We could here people having sex down the hallway. If the room had not been non refundable we would have left.
