Ok stay for first time visitor from NY.

The room was a nice size.

Besides the place needing an update overall, my issues were....an answer the receptionist gave me when i asked for a clean wash cloth like i had a reason to lie about it being dirty. Even showed it to her when i went to ask for a new one and she questioned me like i was being extra yet the towel looked like someone forgot to wash they hands after they ate some Cheetos. Also the loudness of the other people staying over me or next to me. If people live there, try not to place people visiting around them because they had the TV blasting all day and night. The first 2 nights there were people banging on the doors including mines and woke me up around 7am. Smh... Could not rest and went to my meeting extremely tired. Ok stay but will not come back nor will I recommend to my coworkers being as though this was the first of many trips we have to make.

Absolutely nothing!

it was filthy. We got to our room toilet was ready to overflow and we never used it. Cleaning staff had to have left it that way😡😡No smoking but burn holes in the floor throughout the whole room. 1 entrance and exit to hotel. fire trap. We were on 3rd floor. no Elevators. Floor was filthy. Room reeked of marijuana and cigarettes. Was definitely not a comfortable atmosphere to be in. Also used the map on booking.com and took us to the wrong location. 11 miles out of our way then when we found the right Extended Stay location it was a dump.

They did not provide coffee maker, did not have iron in room as stated another guest provided us with hers on the 2nd day we were there. No kitchen utensils in the room, was told would only provide if we were staying 7-14 days. When they did manage to scramble up two plates, one saucer a pot and a pan and only one drinking cup. I had to wash with bathroom soap because there was no dishwashing liquid, paper towels etc. and what they did bring was not clean.

Nice room, but a little “scuffed” up. Spots on the wall were painted in patches, rather than repainting the whole wall.

Large suite; good, working fridge; shower had really good pressure

It was very uncomfortable! The location is the best part about this hotel.

The location

The smell when you first walk in the room, the hard bed, the 32 inch tv, the shower rod, the bug next to the toilet, the iron that didn’t work, the internet that didn’t work!

Still waiting for the reimbursement

People seems to be nice.

There were cockroaches in the room. We requested a new room. Since there was no room available the front desk confirm to give us a full refund. We are now 25 days later and they didn't reimbursement the amount and don't answer to any of my messages.

The manager, and assistant manager were unprofessional and very rude. The room was infested.

The fact that my family was with me

I didn't enjoy the stay, the staff was very rude and unprofessional, and the roaches in the room made the stay very uncomfortable and the way the staff handled it the manager and assistant manager was very unprofessional and they did nothing to accommodate me except for give me another infested room and a very hard time.
