You get what you pay for.

The staff was nice and friendly.

Roach in my room. A hole in my son's comforter. We kept getting locked out and had to go get new keys It was very frustrating. It's an old hotel so we get the slanted floor; old shower heads that are not working properly. My hairdryer got very hot and stopped working. I went to my son's room and used theirs. My door needed to be shut really hard otherwise it would stay open. My bathroom door did not lock. Location was good.

Very Disapointed

Location

The couch bed was broken and filthy. We had 3 kids in 1 bed because we couldn't use it. The shower curtain was too short, so water ended up all over the floor. The website said there was a free continental breakfasr, but when we got there, we were told it was only a breakfast cart with coffee and muffins. There were stains on the comforter, and the floor was filthy. We did not even use the kitchen after seeing the age of all the appliances.

My stay was great and l just love the staff

The property was very clean it smelled good. The room was easy to located. The parking lot was safe at all times

It is a great value for the money. Comfortable beds, convenience of a kitchen, quiet ambience, spacious room.

The air conditioner was too loud, The TV was not working correctly, the kitchen appliances could have been better.

This was the worse Hotel, Bad Service, No Towels, No Blankets and Real Bad Customer Service

Everything The Beds, The Service, NO Blankets, No Extra Towels, and Super Durty.

The location was perfect for our needs. The staff were very professional and kind.

The floors were a bit gritty. The coffee was bitter.

The room was big.

The bed would rise off the floor when you sit at the end of it. The floor in the kitchen was dirty. Only two sets of towels for 4 people, was told we had to exchange them to get two more.

Great all around place, but room for improvement. Staff were really friendly, & that's huge for me.

Breakfast was just a couple of muffins & granola bars. But my kids love this muffins. Love location, So many cool things for kids nearby.

There were ants on kitchen table. They were there when we got there. Ice cube tray, but no ice box in freezer.

False advertisement. Don’t promise services if not going to honor them.

Biggest disappointment. Website advertised coffe and breakfast and was very disappointed with clerk stating there was no coffee or any kind of breakfast because the company didn’t deliver. That’s an unacceptable excuse.

False advertising regarding breakfast and coffee them telling me there was none because the delivery company didn’t make delivery so they had to find a new delivery company. Horrible. Also was informed there would be a $100 deposit for damage protection which also not advertised during booking and per clerk said was just implemented. Good way to prevent repeat business. Won’t be returning to this hotel.

Decent value. Hard bed, low water pressure, and have to go to front desk for everything.

Nice area and I liked that the rooms were inside. Elevator.

Water pressure in the shower was kinda low and the bed is a bit hard. Had to go down to the front desk for every little thing when it would have been much more convenient if they already had all that stuff in the rooms, especially when they do have a kitchenette!

We were a family of 4 and i didn't like that the restroom toiletries were for 1 person luckily I had some in my travel bag.

Location.

Water pressure in the shower weak. Musty smell in the room. Rooms outdated. Needs major up to date look.
