First floor. Plenty of room in the room and bathroom. Very nice entry and plenty of parking.
The waffles were kind of tough and not real tasty. I only made 1/2 the second day and did not finish it.
Did not notify the front desk but two lights were out in the bathroom. The water is hard but we overcome that in all hotels our way. :)

The location was convenient
Restaurants within walking distance. Toilet height difficult for us “older” people.

Staff was very friendly and eager to help.
The first room we checked into was dirty and not made up. The second room they put us in was clean but was missing the TV remote.

Great breakfast

Access to the room was very easy through a side entrance. The room was an oversized king, disability room and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was okay, particularly the waffles and small sliced muffins.
Our room was on the first floor near a side entrance. Late afternoon was very noisy from the people in the room above us, from people sitting right outside the door on a bench, and from water pipes. The front desk staff were very good about asking the people above us to quiet down but the rooms are clearly not insulated very well so noise carried a lot. The bathroom needed repairs as the shower curtain was too short to keep water from leaking out onto the floor and against the wall. It's an older facility that could really use some upgrades.

Easy to find. Nice and clean
We had a light out in the bathroom which made it hard to see and put on make-up. My guess is they knew it because the bulb was gone

The breakfast and staff were amazing. Also everything seemed to be clean and up to standards.
The door locks did not seem secure, the upper latch lock was loose. The pool and spa area was closed and I wasn’t aware until I checked in, which was an amenity that wasn’t able to be used.

location - close to Iowa State for college tour
Dirty! trash left in hallways and elevator, dingy, carpets needed to be vacuumed. Beds very hard. Staff dressed in tank top - should have a uniform top.
