It was a joke!!! When you’re paying $591.37 for a room it should be spot on!

That the bar was still open when the concert was over. Help was very friendly. Although front desk people not so much.

No rooms available. All dirty and still not clean when checked into the room. Gross stuff in middle sheet 🤢 Had to get ready in a public bathroom with several other women and there were only 3stalls. It was a disaster. Later for the concert due to the cluster at the hotel. Front desk employees never apologized for the inconvenience.

It worked for what we needed, but won’t stay again.

It was very musty smelling. The elevator was sketchy. The toilet leaked and took forever to flush. The pool looked nice but it closed at 9 pm so we didn’t have a chance to swim. If you wanted a soda or water, you had to pay $8.00 at the vending machine. That’s a ridiculous price for a bottle of soda or water.

It was a decent stay, not great.

breakfast was okay, the food didn't look that great. the fruit was spoiled. there was not many options on what to eat.

Bathroom needed an update, water didn't drain properly, bathtub felt like it was going to fall through the floor.

Location was perfect for my needs!!

The air conditioner unit could have located in different area in the room! It was under window and curtains blocked air circulation!

The breakfast was fine. The staff was polite and helpful

The pool had a note saying it didn't open until 10:30 in the morning. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was to use the pool before starting our road trip of the day. When I mentioned this to the young lady at the reception desk she got permission to allow us early entrance. The pool was dirty. It had hair, bandaids and paper floating in it. We still managed to use it though. Hopefully by the marked hour of 10:30 it was cleaned.

Poor quality. Too expensive for what we got, which was disappointing. Worse than a Super 8!

Breakfast was ok. Short staffed. Staff was doing the best they could under the circumstances.

Upon entering the motel, door was hanging off the hinges. Elevator was out of order. Pool was closed. No hot water, luke warm only.

Won’t stay here again.

My first room smelled like someone had just smoked a cigarette when I opened the door. I requested a new room and the bathroom tub and grout was dirty. I sprayed Lysol and used Clorox wipes to clean before we used anything. I have stayed here last year and didn’t feel like it was dirty. I didn’t use the shower because I was uncomfortable with it.

The staff weren’t very friendly and the registration said check out was at noon but the staff said it was at 11 and were very snooty about it when we just wanted to grab our bags from the room and leave. The elevator also smelled strongly of weed the first night we were there.

Liked the location--close to campus; amenities were sufficient. Normally, a good place to stay.

Liked the location. Breakfast options were o.k.

Cleanliness of the room and the hotel in general. The main part of the room seemed to be clean. The beds were nicely made up. Coffee service was nice. The major problem was the cleanliness of the bathroom and the carpeted areas around the edge of the room. There was heavier dust that had not been vacuumed, and I picked up a small piece of paper beside the bed. The floor in the bathroom needed to be mopped well. The corners had dirt in them; there were smudges on the walls, and the tub spigot had calcium build-up. The stainless walls of the elevator were smudged with handprints. It appeared not to have been cleaned for awhile, and the windows to the main entrance doors also needed to be cleaned. I am well aware that it is difficult to find good, well-trained employees these days, so this is mainly for future use. However, since I had paid double or triple the cost for the room because of a home game, I was expecting what I normally experience at the Quality Inns.

I do recommend this hotel to anyone who likes to be close to areas you want to visit

The location of the place, the cleanest room and comfortable beds

Breakfast was not the food that i expected wish they had a little more than biscuits and gravy
