Location

Front desk was stand offish not friendly at all. The hotel smell old, dirty and like dog all mixed up into one as soon as you walk in. Every thing in the room smells like dog and was old. The pillows were all flat ,bed was stiff and my daughter found a bug in her bed!!!!! When I told all of this to the young lady at the desk she just blankly looked at me!!!! I was exhausted from driving since 3 am and was not in the mood for a hotel change but best believe we left first thing in the morning and will never stay at one of these hotels again!! If you are going to allow pets into your hotel have separate rooms for them and have top tier cleaning services! If I could upload pictures I would post them. I will be posting them on every social media platform I have because I’m a travel medical provider and do assignments all over for months at a time and will be advising people who ask never use this hotel or establishment because if one is like this then they have no standards!!

Absolutely terrible.

Nothing at all.

We were completely misled with the listing! This property was disgusting. The room and all linens were dirty and not even enough towels or soap for the two of us. It is clear that this is a hotel housing illegal immigrants. It felt like staying in Section 8 housing. Screaming adults and babies, loud music and filthy conditions. I pray our country rethinks this.

"Extended stay" means a lot in some areas

Plenty of spaces, hard floor instead of carpet, confortable bed, kitchenette.

There is a lot of people living there long term with all that comes with it, Dogs, ex husband visiting and not happy At all, kids with no place to go, nowhere to play and nothing else to Do. Therefore, with thin walls, it get very loud. Even the neighboor's Tv playing too loud all night long became an issue. That would be the reason why I give a bad critic. Wouldnt be for the noisy neighboor's (keep in mind the kids living there 24/7 with not Much to Do and limited spaces in the Room) and the humidity smell in the corridors and shared spaces (not in the Room whatsoever in the plus Side), I would have give a pretty decent critic.

Exceptional

Great hotel very clean and comfortable the lady of the front desk is super friendly and good conversation and helpful

The lady charged the same price twice I booked on booking.com to reserved the hotel room it got paid but on the hotel again I have to pay I suggest to reserve a hotel room on booking.com to pay later or pay at the hotel directly and the breakfast area only have some snacks and coffee didn't have real breakfast food

Worse Location.

the location

it was SUPER dirty, when we opened the door to our room we were instantly hit with the smell of cigarette and old linen, the floors were dirty with crumbs of food, the shower curtain was disgusting and looked like it had not been changed for quite some time, and the bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty and stained and the mattress cover had juice stains all over it and black and brown stains. the sink has a leaky pipe and all of my stuff got soaked

To Whom It May Concern: This is a complaint for the hotel “Stay America” where we stayed on October 22, 2022. The worst of our stay in years! The hotel is dirty, uncomfortable, and unfriendly. When we came we waited for a person to check us in for 25 minutes. Nobody was there. Empty front desk. It was written about kitchenette- it was nothing there. We didn’t have even paper or plastic cups. We asked for a simple teapot, they did not bring it. It was written about complimentary breakfast- nothing was there except coffee machine. Literally, nothing! The bathroom was old and dirty. The smell in the room was unspeakable! I have photos and can send you anytime. We ask for refund because it was a birthday day of our daughter and we came to enjoy our time with her. The hotel disappointed us. With respect, Alexandre Loukianov

Run away….just run away….

The only thing I liked was the guy who worked at the front desk. This guy really tried his best to make our stay better than it was.

So many negatives! Literally everything. If this is what they are all like, I will never stay with Extended Stay every again. I recently had several stays with various Sonesta ES Suites and got a cheaper price and MUCH better facilities!!!!!

I wouldn’t waste my time or money

I didn’t like the fact the property is hiding behind the Hampton Inn hotel . Makes you think you’re going there instead , you’ll wish you did !!!! Lets just say I got a refund after I seen our handicapped room we didn’t request . So there was no rug . Floor was sticky and a mess . The bed had a bug on it but the windows were shut . I go grab the remote only to get sticky stuff on my hand . Remote was gross . Overall don’t bother . No photos cause we were in a rush to just leave .

Appallingly terrible.

location

my room was a handicap room. I asked immediately to change rooms. was told they were 100% occupied and couldn’t, that was a lie. the room had no phone,no blow dryer, no chair at the desk. there was dried paint on the curtains. the fridge exterior was filthy. the soda machine took my dollars and gave me back dimes. it was HORRIBLE! I will NEVER stay there again.

Was disappointing.

Just coffee and muffins/snack bars for too short a time. Juice or fruit would help for a minimal breakfast bar. When no coffee is provided in the room, one expects it to be available in the lobby most of the time.

Difficult to find location--obsured by Hampton Inn. No signage at intersection. Very frustrating after long drive to have to search for actual building.. Poor breakfast. Needed at least fruit and juice. Longer time for breakfast. Was completely removed by 9:15 a,m, No coffee in room. No tissues in room. These are basics offered by other places even at economical rates.

Just checked in and can't wait to leave. NOISY!!!Party in the parking lot right outside of my room unill after midnight as I write this review. No help from management. Won't stay here again

Never again

I booked for a smoke-free room but the room I got smelt extremely with cigarettes. The bed linens also smelt of cigarettes. All my clothes smell of cigarettes.
