Great location and great price! The staff was very nice and helpful- would absolutely stay again!!

Had to ask for refund and book another hotel

The location was decent and the room itself wasn't bad and as advertised, had a fairly nice little kitchenette. Bathroom was decent sized, and plenty of pillows. Fairly nice view of a man made pond from our window. It also had a real full sized refrigerator. It was still a fair value for a single night stay as far as hotels go, especially in this area.
The place wasn't very clean at all. There were black hairs all over the bathroom and shower and clogging the drain. The mirror was dirty, the beds had stains on the blankets And sheets. Even though it had a nice kitchen, you basically have to spend more money to get silverware, or pots and pans, or high speed internet in your room. Basic internet was included but with everything there was an upsell. And considering the name of the place was "extended stay" , you would think they might have a better deal on weekly rent and so on, but it was far too expensive to pay weekly as most hotels are.

Nothing. When we contacted Booking.com & sent pictures, the property didn’t even fight us to refund money!
Hotel was visibly dirty…. around elevators, major nicks in paint. Tried to stay in first room—dirty around doors, mirror, and toilet seat was not tightened so seat slid. Went back to front desk to ask housekeeping to tighten and he said budget cut didn’t think he was here (it was 3 pm). Moved us to another room. Same dirt and greasy looking on light switches, doorways. Opened refrigerator and lots of food left inside and packaged frozen meat and veg in freezer! Unbelievable. Went down again and brought him up to show. He apologized. We asked for money back and stayed elsewhere. Tried to use internet in room to look for other hotel and couldn’t access it. Don’t stay here. Other hotel we stayed at was superb, clean and less money! In this day and age of Covid and winter viruses they should be shut down. There is signage posting 10 point cleaning system— no way it’s followed.

location to my work and other places. rooms are like an efficiency apartment with full size fridge a cook top and oven. you could get dishes etc from the desk
bed wasn’t all that comfortable

nothing
it was gross, very out dated, asked for non smoking room but the people next to me were smoking weed very uncomfortable it was just like I was staying in a bad motel six

Convenient location
Lobby was under construction at time of check in. Was told to crouch under the caution tape but it was OK to enter. First step in, wet cement, thanks for the warning. Also this location was clearly used as housing for low income or homeless people. Bikes in the hall, decorations on doors and windows of individual rooms etc.

very friendly stuff, room was spacious, comfortable and clean. the kitchen was big and you get everything you need to cook free of charge at the front desk. it’s located within minutes of multiple stores, shopping centers and restaurants, but it’s in a quiet street so you’ll get plenty of rest at night
the only small aspect would be that it’s not a full breakfast only granola bars, oatmeal, wrapped muffins, coffee tea and hot chocolate. since there is a kitchen everyone could just do their own breakfast and there’s plenty restaurants within close proximity to the hotel.

The location was close to a lot of food and shopping. It was quiet.
It was smaller than expected and though it had a kitchenette, it was bare, not even with ice. The bed was hard. The flooring had been updated to laminate, but the atmosphere was lacking because of it. It's hard to explain, but we just felt uncomfortable in this room.

Guests hanging out swearing in the lobby with young children. Rooms were very dated and had a bad odor lingering. We opened the refrigerator and the smell was horrible. We were not looking for luxury, but was at least expecting a clean room that didn’t smell that cost about $275!

Wasn't clean or what we booked...

The location was ok.
This was our first time staying and it will be our last. The beds and pillows were not comfortable at all. Our room smelled like wet dog. We had four adults and one tiny shampoo, no conditioner. This stay was just disappointing and the price of over 320 dollars for one night was ridiculous.

Short and easy drive to downtown Portland and it's tourist area. There is also a grocery store, gas station and brewpub restaurant withing a half mile.
