This was the best value we found. This hotel got good ratings online and it had a complimentary breakfast.

Easy to get to and close to the Casco Bay Ferry.

Wasn’t pretty area.

Guter Kurzaufenthalt in Portland

Es war ruhig trotz Highway-Nähe, Pool vorhanden, aber nicht genutzt. Gute Lage, interessanter Umgang mit Tipping, annehmbares Frühstück.

Good place, good night sleep, good staff.

Good place for one night stay when you are on the road. I appreciate that they are pet friendly and have decent parking lot.

Didn’t use the swimming pool, but worth to mention that it is located next to parking lot. I didn’t see any of the guest using it, seemed like a waste. Also in the mornings it is quite crowded, so we had to wait to get a sit for breakfast.

Einerseits gut andererseits Entäuschend!

Sauberkeit und die Nähe zu der Konzertlocation wo wir hin wollten

Ich habe bei der Abreise mein Basecap im Zimmer vergessen und nach telefonischer Rückfrage wurde sie noch nicht gefunden. Eine versprochene Rückmeldung ist nicht erfolgt!

Struttura nuova a prezzo decente

Struttura pulita e moderna, posizione decentrata rispetto al centro di Portland, a piedi ci vogliono circa 30 minuti per arrivare a downtown, in alternativa Uber costa meno di 10 $. Abbiamo speso il giusto considerati i prezzi folli per alloggiare più in centro.

La colazione era abbastanza triste e non c'erano sufficienti posti a sedere per tutti gli ospiti.

I would stay there again, without question.

Very quiet and clean hotel. Newly updated and, for a mid-priced hotel, they really thought of everything. The breakfast was good as was the coffee. The staff was very friendly and attentive!

Good breakfast, nice size room, friendly staff, and good location

The bed sheets were not clean for both beds, a lot of hairs found on the bed sheets and pillows which disgust a bit. I asked staff to change, they said no house keepers so they pass the new sheets to us, me and my husband did the work. The floor was a lot of hairs too guess wasn't clean well. Besides these, no others to complain about.

Not worth the money, even if you can bring your dog.

Perfect great value stop over for travel to bar harbor

Super comfy bed. Clean room with great walk in shower. Surprisingly great breakfast with good car parking. Perfect for a one night stop. Might not be in the best location but great value.

A quick stay in a clean, comfy hotel.

The gentleman working the front desk the evening we stayed was very friendly and helpful. We were about halfway through our trip and needed to do laundry at this stop, but I had not come prepared with quarters (I thought it'd either be a free service or there would be a quarter machine in the laundry room). The front desk employee was so kind to exchange dollar bills for $6 in quarters for me. I really appreciated him doing that, even though it probably left him a little low in his till. We also found the room to be very comfortable and the location was convenient.

There was something gross-looking - a hair scrunchie? A glove? I'm not totally sure (we didn't want to touch it) - left on the top of the shower door that made it feel a little less clean. I'm sure it was an isolated incident, and otherwise everything was fine.

Simply the best!!!

Stayed here while my mom was having surgery. I also work as her caregiver. She had some complications and was in the hospital longer than expected. I was unsure from one day to the next if I would have to stay another night. They were extremely accommodating. Not only have I never been to Maine med and felt lost, but was nervous about my mom’s surgery. I was so comfortable with my stay; that helped ease any nerves and concerns. I can’t thank them enough! I will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

The room was very comfortable, attractive and quiet, reception was excellent and the room was very clean.

The eggs at breakfast were rubbery and sweet! Do they put sugar in everything??? It's likely these eggs are pre-packaged and not cooked from eggs in the kitchen. At the price of accommodation, one would expect that the quality of something as basic as eggs could be improved. One other complaint is the curtains wouldn't close all the way to block bright lights from outside. Sleep is much better in complete darkness and there are those of us who prefer that.

Nice hotel with a hot breakfast

Great hotel. New facilities. The room was very clean with very comfortable beds. They offered a free hot breakfast which the kids liked.

Even though the hotel was new and clean, the staff was not very friendly. They seemed more corporate like than friendly.

Staff was very friendly and courteous. Facility was clean and tidy the the continental breakfast was fine. Tucked away in the corner of Portland not far from the interstate. Was very easy to find and over all a quiet part of town.

Nothing.

Says guests here that are 18+ are considered adults, but apparently can't even rent a room here at 18. Showed up and was told they couldn't rent me the room because Im under 21, had to find another hotel last minute.

Good place, good food, crappy TV

Convenient location. Excellent continental breakfast.

The television was a nightmare to use. It seemed to reset to the Google search screen at will. And there was no channel information displayed, so you had to tune into a channel to see what was on. Zero stars do not recommend.
