Location close to the airport, and surrounding.

Breakfast was not enough? They just gave in the breakfast of chocolate muffins. I was expecting a good breakfast. Even though there was no water during breakfast or juice.

It was noisy late at night, middle of the night, and early morning.

The room was on first floor. The breakfast.

The mattress was worn out. I could feel the springs in the mattress.

The pool was closed and the windows were covered. There were people hanging around the outside, lobby and inside of the hotel. Any time we went in and out, there were people smoking at the front door. It actually did not feel like a safe hotel to stay at. The bed was not comfortable at all.

Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean.

I wish there was some dishes already stocked in the kitchen area or a coffee pot so I wouldn't have to go downstairs to ask. Many people walk from the airport to the lodging so it would be nice to develop a pathway that cuts across to the parking lot rather than having to haul their luggage an additional 200 ft to get to the driveway. It would be nice if the breakfast would either be changed to state less than Continental or be a more well-rounded breakfast. What there was was coffee tea and muffins and granola bars.

Nice property convenient to Juneau Airport

This hotel is located within in steps of the Juneau Airport. Very nice property, comfortable beds, and convenient to the valley area of Juneau. The rates were good based on Alaska costs.

I think the breakfast needed improvement, not much to offer other than instant oatmeal and coffee.

It was a complete rip off. The staff were courteous and helpful.

The breakfast was fine.

The bed was miserable. We had to wait two hrs to check in. The room had no cups, no coffee maker, no ice bucket and very limited furniture. The price was outrageous for such poor quality.
