Don’t stay at this roach motel

It was close to different restaurants.

it was filthy, the sheets had several cigarette burns and we killed 3 roaches with in an hour. we were nervous to leave our things laying around.

pleasant/ disappointing , but I WOULD return

front desk staff are amazing, friendly and go out of their way to help within their ability.

not as clean as it could be. clearly it’s been repainted and repairs have been and are being made. HOWEVER, cleaning staff clearly are falling short and are not being held responsible for their lack of proper cleaning. which means there is a lack of “standard and training regarding the standard “ all pictures are of rm 119.

Horrible and nasty

Horrible the bed sheets all dirty, floors and the pillows all nasty nothing was clean. I found pubic hair in one of the beds and on the table. There was no WiFi and the water was not hot enough. The towels are all dirty I do not recommend this hotel is so dirty.

Please refund me.

I didn't like anything about my stay and would be grateful for a refund. I'm having trouble sharing the photos I have. But I do have them.

I found the room door and the window were open when I arrived. There was long dark hair in the shower. The bed was dirty looking and had blood stains. The walls and floors were dirty and I seen several roaches before I left as soon as I could.

Infestation with cockroaches bad front office would not refund my money poor customer service there was no 15 minute sign hung up!

Horrible . I didn’t even stay . Once I saw 3 roaches , I left !

It had roaches , stained sheets , stained pillow cases, staff arguing with customers and trash by the side entrance ! They only give you 15 minutes into your stay to request a refund.

Stomach turning. Very disappointed

I liked the location of the hotel. The tv worked. That's about it

This was one of the worst hotels I've been in. Very dirty, roaches, out dated room, dirty floors with bits of food in areas, dirt in refrigerator, sink had no water pressure, door lock broken, bed sheets old and dingy, stale musty odor in hotel, filthy hallways, elevator..just terrible! I can go on but wouldn't matter.
