It was dry and warm.
Breakfast lacking choices. I asked for a quite area, place next to the freeway, noisy. 2nd floor smelled of pot, is smoking allowed indoors?

It was very clean. breakfast was good with a decent amount of choices. Everything worked in the room
as it should. The staff was helpful and polite.
The beds were very high. They were a bit of a challenge to get in and out of.

The rooms/hallways, lobby are seemed clean, although somewhat rundown. Breakfast was awesome and the beds were very comfy 👍😊
The staff were courteous and professional.
It needs some TLC, little things need to be repaired, such as the bathroom door was pretty banged up on the bottom — little things like that — nothing major.
The pool was not clean, and there were no towels in the pool area either day. This made walking anywhere in the motel (including elevators) risky because everyone dripped all the way back to their rooms. (Lots of tile flooring)
The indoor part only goes to 2.5 feet, which is fine for the young families, but the deeper part (4 feet), which is outside, has no steps to walk into the pool with. There are built-in ladder steps, but for older patrons and ones with stiff knees/other physical issues, this is very difficult, and not safe at all. The water was nice and warm though!

Not much...maybe the shower pressure.
The room was not accommodating to larger people. The bed was too high, no extra seating- just space, there was a lot of homeless people around the hotel, bathroom door was tight, hallway to get in room was tight. It was just ok. Not worth $130 a night. The pool was really sad. No hot tub. The outside side door we came in was supposed to use a key to enter, but it was not locking the door, which is a security issue. The free breakfast was sad and super messy. The outside was updated, but the inside needs some love. The beds are not comfortable. We had a giant empty space in our room. I liked the mini fridge. The neighbors across the hall had 2 big dogs that cried and barked at all hours. They were loud. The cleaning staff was super awesome. Very friendly and they took pride in keeping a hotel that needs renovation desperately very clean. The view outside was outstanding!! (Wish I could get one night back) it was just meh!

it was close to all the attractions we wanted to do. Great location.
I think the swimming pool needs to be updated. Breakfast was good just needs a little more variety and fresh fruits choices.

we loved that the property was so close to everything we wanted to do made it very easy
It was dirty. The whole property needs to be updated. Our rooms smelled like mildew. You can see where they had holes in the wall, The shower had mold. The air conditioner in the room barely worked.

Location was good. Front desk staff were very pleasant.
Back door by our rooms did not lock. We told the front desk and they admitted it had been that way for a while but they couldn't get anyone to fix it.
We stayed for 7 nights but, even though we put out the door signs that we needed housekeeping, we only once got fresh towels but never got fresh bedding...and that was after telling the front desk we needed it 3 times in one day. Once we were offered clean sheets so we could change the bedding ourselves as the housekeeping staff had left for the day. Only upon checkout were we told the staff doesn't look at the signs but works off a list from the front desk in the morning. While the manager was very nice, he offered no discount or credit or anything.
VERY disappoianting.

the breakfast was great and staff were overall nice.
My non smoking room smelled like cigarettes so bad. The bathroom sink was dirty when we checked in. Once you got to the elevator it smelled like weed everywhere. I was woken up from my sleep at 1am to a staff member banging on my door and then proceeded to unlock my door with a key while I was getting up to answer the door. He said that the room was never checked out to me. He then said that it must have been a mistake while another customer was waiting to check into my same room!

Breakfast had a good selection for the limited variety and the room was nice and clean when we walked in, no problems with having to find clean sheets, although the tv remote was broken when we got in.
I do wish that the electronics were looked over before a new guest would come in since the tv remote wasn’t working when we came in. We also tried to install our personal gaming device and it wasn’t connecting to the tv.
