Terrible!

Nothing

Bathroom was dirty and no toilet paper. NO coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, and only a bar of soap for toiletries. Carpet was dirty and sticky. Sheets were scratchy. No extra blanket or pillow available when we asked. We've stayed at Extrnded Stay locations before, this was nothing like we expected. No utensils, plates, nothing but an empty, dirty room. VERY upset and unhappy.

Absolutely horrible service from both booking.com and ESA

After driving 900 mi., 11:30pm with confirmed reservations we were told no rooms available and they did NOTHING to assist because we booked thru Booking.com. We called ESA corporate who made new reservations 18mi away; we drove there and were again told no rooms available, again they did nothing to assist. We found accommodations with a competitor. Now I find ESA billed my credit card. At the advice of my attorney I will be filling complaints with the Illinois State Attorney General, the BBB and the Department of Veterans affairs. Absolutely horrible experience will never consider Booking.com or ESA again.

Filthy.

The Panera right outside the hotel.

It was extremely dirty, place is run down. There were cigarette butts in the hallway outside our room. Carpet in hallway and elevator were probably never vacuumed. There was hair in the sink and floor of the bathroom. Hair in the shower. Food splatter stains outside the fridge. Table was dirty. We cleaned everything down with wipes.

I booked room online. Had a confirmation number and email. I arrived on time and was told that there were not any rooms available. The hotel was over booked. Then I had to go find a different place to stay at the last minute and paid a premium price.

Roaches in the rooms, bed not made and trash not emptied. Moved to a 2nd room and it had roaches too. Left after my 1st night and stayed elsewhere.

This hotel was disgusting and nothing like the pictures online.

Everything was awful. The room was disgusting. It smelled like marijuana. The bathroom was gross and the toilet was dirty. The floor in the bathroom was covered in something slippery.
