A no hot water, cockroach infested stay!

Just that the bed was comfy and the location is good.

Infested with cockroaches! No hot water in the bath in both rooms. In the middle of the night, most of the days, people shouting and arguing, children running and screaming in the corridors. Breakfast is just a cereal bar and sachets of coffee or tea. Door cards stopped working all the time having to go to the reception a million times. Smelly corridor carpets. Reception staff unfriendly, whenever you need anything they just look at you like ; what the hell do you need?! Doesn't look like the photos shown on their page.

I loved the area. it's conveniently located near many stores and food places. The staff were great

The room smelled like cigarettes, the bathtub was dirty. and, it had roaches, but nothing that I couldn't clean.

Really its is unworthy of money what we paid

ONLY EMPLOYEE MR BRIAN is Very GOOD .OTHERS have trainee and could not assist the guests Outside is good ( Near the Road ).Outside garden is good

VERY VERY BAD HOUSE KEEPING , BREAK FAST WAS NOT PROVIDED THOUGH WE PAID , DARK IN CORRIDOR , WE PAID FOR TWIN BED but ONLY one Bed was given .NO WATER , BATH TUB was damaged , No HOT WATER NO KETTLE for Coffee in Room . Really its is unworthy of money what we paid

It wasn't that bad at all because it was a really short trip, just going to Houston shopping.

Location was good, nothing great, but it was near to Galleria, and that was somehow a good deal for me, because I went shopping to Galleria and it was really close for me to go walking; only bad thing was that they didn't served any breakfast as promised and also the AC didn't work very well.

They didn't served the breakfast they're supposed to offer to the guests. Also the AC didn't worked very well because it didn't cool the room at any time.

I liked the guy at the front desk,he warned me about the ppl that were stealing catalytic converters and he was very nice and welcoming.

Clean.

When I arrived, they said the hotel was full and there were no more available rooms. Even though I made the reservation and they confirmed, they claimed they were full and did not apologize. I was tired from a 30-hour trip and asked if there was any room available, and in less than 30 seconds found a more expensive room and offered it to me. It had the the amenities as the cheaper one I had booked. Made me feel they tricked me into paying more for the same room. I accepted because I just wanted to rest. I do not recommend staying there.

Fu<€ing horrible!!!!

The location is great.

There were people’s just hanging around, the room was raggedy there was a hole in the bathroom door the tub looked dirty and the shower head squirted water from around it making the shower pressure low. and there was no remote to the TV had to ask for one and then they didn’t bring it waited 4hrs and had to go to the front desk and get it. We couldn’t get into our room because the battery to the door key was low but we had to repeatedly ask for new door keys that didn’t work until on the 5th try the front desk staff finally came and looked at the door. Woke up the next morning and if the hotel couldn’t get any worse the water did not work, and they only offered 15% of our stay back. Went and spoke with the front desk again and we’re supposed to get a full refund. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I will never stay at this hotel again

Enjoyed how close it was to the mail.

Rusted kitchen appliances. Bad odor in the room. And dead roaches on the kitchen floor. As well as hair in the bathroom sink.
