I don't like anything about that place 😕
I don't like that place, the bad smells, the dirty room, they were no staff etc. Everything was very very bad. There was NO breakfast. It is a scam. I didn't like anything about that place 😕
3.0
They did not serve any breakfast as stated on the website. It was some expired muffins.
Some of the staff were so rude. The tone of the girl at the front desk speaking to guests was uncalled for. The girl almost fought me simply because I asked her to tone down her voice talking to me rudely. Honestly, I didn't know that how the hotel was going to be. First time for me in a hotel like this. I have it on my list and record as one of the hotels I will never book again in my life. It was a horrible experience for my family and I. It was too late to cancel, so I had no choice but to stay. Rooms were so dirty too.

Location is good
Staff is very friendly
It has everything for a family to stay comfortably, though it is first-time-USA.
amenities provided for food (coffee maker, toaster, stovetop etc.), to work (table, plug-points, Airconditioning, wifi) and stay (others like TV (a smart tv would be great though), walk-in closets etc.) and Price is affordable
Wifi is a bit slow and I felt faster wifi option is a bit pricey.
Limited options for breakfast.
Suggestion: A tie up with car rental agency would be a great idea (if it can be billed along with stay), as first timers like me might not have the required USA credit cards etc., to get a car for rent.

Comfortable bed. Nice staff.
This place is stuck in 1980. The check in desk has plastic partitioning like a bullet proof booth. Cleaning staff carts and bags of dirty linens everywhere. Breakfast consisted of some mini muffins with some coffee in a corner. Spills and stains on carpet and floors. The relaxation room was sold old and dingy, no relaxation possible. Orange Home Depot buckets with sand as ash trays at every exit. Cigarette butts all over the grounds. Card keys take several try’s to work. It’s obvious staff is not trained. No coffee in room. No cups or anything else in room even though there is a kitchen. Step up from Motel 6.

Staff was friendly
Place definitely needs refurbished. It was very dull and there were spots on the sink, the bed board and the counter.
Was not welcoming at all, so dark and dreary.
Breakfast was not acceptable...........

Parking
Where do I start one when we got into our room it was still dirty as far as the hair on the sink didn't have enough towels when we did ask for towels we had to get him exchanged before we could get him they said breakfast is included do you consider breakfast coffee and a muffin what about the people that don't drink coffee that's not a breakfast that's a snack what people argue a lot at that place and now I'm not soft about it they're loud and then when it was time to check out before 11:00 we started walking out and the lady at the desk goes are you checking out oh I forgot I thought I just left the keys and she was out what level are you in so we told her we left. I will not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Location
Bad breakfast choices, outside door does not work with the key card I parked around the building to get in easier and had to walk all the way around because the key card didn’t work. Didn’t feel safe doing that. Dirty carpet (stains)

Location was convenient
Rooms had an odd odor

The location was exactly where I needed it to be.
I booked a non-smoking room; however, the room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke.

it s a great location and good value
breakfast was not what other hotels offer
7.0
I liked that they supply you with housewares with no extra charger , dishware to pots and pans to pillows and towels they were super generous with there appliances.
The whole room smelled of pet urine It was semi overwhelming , you only smelled it the worst as you walked into the room. I don't like that the key cards are too sensitive and the lack of customer service on certain days are triggering.

the stay was comfortable. Could not get any sleep for most of my stay. Whomever above us kept Running around and jumping on floor for hours on end. Contacted front desk numerous times. I was told it was kids but that’s not acceptable. I payed to relax and comfort.
5.0
Proximity and location that wasn’t in the hub of the activity but still convenient
After pre-paying on line through Booking.com, the manager on duty actually charged us again and it was not for incidentals. No one was able to offer an immediate solution which seemed apparent (refund the card) and we still have charges on the card.

The room was dirty and stunk like weed

my room smelled bad, the closet doors were dirty and had a dirty sink. I was out and about until 2am & my cards didn’t work. it said to use the house phone to dial 000 & no house phone. I knocked on a few doors, office, laundry and another door near the reception desk.m, luckily the laundry attendant answered and got the receptionist after waiting 30 minutes. their was a dog that pretty much barked constantly on and off day & night for 2 days

There is nothing about this hotel that I like as it was a total disappointment that I asked for a refund and found somewhere else to stay.
Everything was subpar. From the time you walked in it reeked of cigarette smoke and one of the elevators was not working.

Location was convenient
'Breakfast' was a grab n go station. We were expecting much more as the same hotel 15mins away in Plymouth Meeting has a hot/cold breakfast bar, etc.
The kitchen area needs a refresh. Owners should do a detailed facility tour and see if it meets the corporate expectations.
3.0
It was a convenient location, the beds were comfortable & sheets were clean, the refrigerator and tv worked but not the remote. There were absolutely no bugs- huge plus!
The hotel was severely lacking in security, there were no cameras inside or out. The outside access doors were constantly being propped open by someone. The room door didn't close properly but we quickly learned to make sure & push hard for a click. They did am awful job cleaning surfaces, the floor felt nasty & we wore our shoes the whole time. The mold in the shower grout was minimal. Be careful sitting on the front edge of the bed as the other end will "pop a wheelie" and we are average size people.

when i arrived my booking was in the system and room avaialble
The hotel had an awful smell throughout. Rugs were stained and shower curtains too short to stop water from going out, shower not fully clean. Second day they rented my room to someone else who walked in on me while I was getting changed. Front desk said they didnt have me in the system and then gave to someone else but had to rebook them. Same girl at the desk when i checked in and she said you are not in the system, I said i was when i checked in, awful experience there.

It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had multiple problems with people getting room keys with people already in the rooms and just over dirty
Everything
6.0
The location is great and the staff were great
Place smells like weed, which is fine unless you have a 4 year old, also 2 wrecked cars sitting in the parking lot with broken glass everywhere. Also, the dresser in the room, the top drawer would open everytime you would walk on a certain spot in the room. We had to put a chair in front of it.
