Nice place. Friendly and caring staff.
Hotel ok but decor looks a little tired. The shower and sink taps don’t work well. The food available also quite poor and very strange that the only ‘restaurant’ is in the lobby.

Location was convenient. Mattresses were WONDERFUL. Room/hotel was very clean.
We had a dog and got put pretty far away from parking area. Breakfast is almost non-existent unless you pay for the restaurant.

Hot water in the room did not work in the morning, started the day with a cold shower!

The sausages were delicious! I was able to easily order each morning and ensure I started my day well. Sitting in the hot tub was relaxing after the competition ended, and the location was so close to shopping, restaurants, highways and the competition venue. It was quiet (although I had to move rooms because of some insane music being played somewhere near the casino on the first night), and I slept like a rock. Beds were the right mix of firm and soft, and the temperature of the first room was PERFECT the second I walked in. The second room I was moved to was on the courtyard, which was quiet and pretty. The sun also rose in the window of the second room, and because the black out curtains are so good it was a really gentle way to wake up each morning (though I also sleep with a sleep mask so make of that what you will... my own black out curtains in my home aren't as good).
I wasn't happy that a small cup of coffee at breakfast was $5. It wasn't very good for it to be more expensive than a comparable size at Starbucks. The hot tub had vents, but there wasn't any way to turn them on, which kinda sucked. The water pressure in the first room, which was a handicapped accessible room, was normal but the water took 20 minutes to heat up, and then it would swing between scalding and cool every minute or so. Not at all safe for someone who can't easily maneuver out of the stream of the shower. The water pressure in the second room I was moved to was the complete opposite, like standing under a water fall. In that it was INTENSE, and the hot water was HOT, I had it turned to almost off to reduce the temperature. I mean, GREAT for an athlete, but probably too much for others. There CAN be a happy medium for every room... right?

Staff was great, very helpful, and always with a smile.

Location.
One of the front doors are damaged at the bottom and tore the left shoe of a brand new pair of shoes. Told the front desk. They were concerned about the location, but totally dismissive of my personal property being damaged. Also tripped over the floor mat / rug that was just inside of the same door because it was folded and I was distracted by the damage the door had done to my shoe!

Breakfast was good quality and location good.
There was no restaurant on sunday / monday evening - which as a traveller on my own - I had specifically choose this hotel for the evening meal facilities.
Room cleanliness wasn't great - looked like it hadn't been vacuumed

Hotel lay out and location
Inside pool was closed for renovations, we stayed there for an inside pool. Beds sagged to the middle. We should of been notified no indoor pool.
4.1
the rooms were large, well stocked with comforts and clean.
the indoor pool was 55 degrees. There was no restaurant open for breakfast.

Beds were comfy, and we loved the pool/hot tub! Very close to King of Prussia mall.
Layout of hotel was a little confusing. They charged and extra 37 dollars for some unknown reason, but the charge did eventually drop off

Breakfast was very good.
There was a discrepancy that had to be resolved regarding the charge of the breakfast. I had ordered that the breakfast would be included ahead of time. Sarah Mason was very helpful to resolve the situation:).
