It was like Schitts Creek without the humour (although we did laugh)

The pool was nice. Staff were pleasant enough.

We had a lot of cockroaches. The room overall was clean, but in desperate need of a remodel. The bedding had holes in as did the walls. The bath tub was badly stained so looked really dirty. The self catering kitchen had no crockery, cutlery or any utensils of any kind. When we asked for cups, we were given polystyrene. We were given 2 towels for the family of 4 and they were basically hand towels. The air conditioning unit in the window caused the metal blinds to bang open and closed continuously. WiFi was only available in the lobby (not a massive issue, but we were communicating with other family members joining us in the US so had to keep heading there).

Very poor

Our first room had bed bugs. No refund was offered and our request for a drier was not even met. Our second room was better in that it did not have bed bugs, but the bed was not very comfortable.

Nothing good about this hotel room has roaches,very outdated building and rooms.

I want my money back. I had to stay here because I had no other transportation!

No breakfast available

Soiled mattress looks like it came off the dumpster. Roaches, no hot water, no internet in rm. I was told it only works in lobby. Health department should be called on this facility.

The worst hotel in Miami!

Nothing

The worst experience in my life!!! Dirty room, dirty linens, terrible bathroom… I don’t think there was any renovation there, since the year this hotel was built… I wouldn’t recommend even homeless people to stay there!!!

Near all the shopping attractions

The location is nice

I dont like to see through curtain. I feel like my privacy is being invaded because people can see through the room especially at night. It was just one curtain that was seethrough at the main window the rest were ok. Luckily i found a solution. The staff is really nice and when there is an issue they are quick to help and resolve your issues. Its like tradition to stay there.

Very good

The staff was helpful with check-in and arrangements, I didn't have any trouble securing the room and they offered assistance with changes I might've needed. The place was also clean and modest and comfortable. Location is nearby shopping plaza , eateries, and the beach. Very good . Thanks.

The stay was great. The room, not so much.

Location was excellent. Had a refrigerator and microwave. Price was good.

Shower diverter needs repair. Floors were dirty. Had to wear socks to walk on floor. Had cockroaches. No telephone. No pamphlets to order food or delivery. Wifi only worked in the lobby at the desk. There were a lot of signs of prior damage that had been sloppily repaired to walls, floors the entry door and the bathroom door. The tile is uneven by an inch and a half entering the bathroom, which creates a tripping hazard.

Had a good stay for the value.

Location, cost and size of the room are good.

The room was outdated and needs to be updated. The room didn't have a phone or clock. Blinds didn't close all the way and need to be replaced. Felt more like an old Motel 6.
