I thought the staff was extremely nice which was in stark contrast to a recent stay I had that was a literal nightmare at a hotel in Canoga Park. This was very appreciated because a couple days into my stay I got sick and was miserable. The staff were extremely nice as were the staff of the smoothie latte breakfast shop downstairs that I loved.
I can't really think of anything honestly nothing is really coming to mind. I think it's because the staff there was just that level of professional and polite professional etc

Our rooms were surprisingly spacious, with comfortable mattresses. We loved how the toilet and shower were in separate rooms from the bathroom sink, making it more convenient for us to prepare for our day. Nearby is a very authentic Korean karaoke room that we recommend, especially if you're here for the K-Town experience!
Although the bedding was cozy, the pillows weren't firm enough. The floors felt gross - my socks had a dark layer of grime on its soles after our stay. The doors to our room were sticky and didn't feel very secure.

The two guys at the front desk were wonderfully friendly and helpful. They took care to direct me to suitable parking upon my late check-in and get me settled with efficiency. They even remembered me in the morning, which is no small feat for most guys (lol), and recommended a good place for breakfast. I would stay here again and tell all my friends to do the same
The bed was a bit stiff for my taste, but some people enjoy a firm mattress.

Nettes Personal, Zinmer war sauber.
Die Lage wirkte generell etwas unsicher und war laut an einer großen Straße.

The receptionist was very attentive. The hotel has a nice space for coffee, with a coffee machine. It has a good location and the neighborhood is quiet.
Cleaning is poor. When we arrived there were towels from previous guests hanging on the back of the door.
They didn't clean our room on the first day and on the other days they practically only made the beds and changed the towels.

Parking included. Super nice staff. Chely from front desk was very helpful.
No coffee in rooms
Coffee machine in lobby. $2.00
Very good options though

The hard floors prevent the lingering odors some hotels have. The front desk staff were friendly. The location was perfect for Koreatown shopping
Room 208 was super noisy. It is right above the parking area/ check in desk and we heard doors slamming shut late into the night. The bathtub was stained or cracked and the water temperature was impossible to regulate. We have stayed here in different rooms before and it was great. I guess we will try to avoid this area of the building in future stays.

Horrible there was no food even though I paid for it!
The terrible customer service

Good location for my needs.

The location is convenient for me to visit family. Many good ethnic restaurants in the area,(Guatemalan, Mexican, Korean),.
There is a $150 damage deposit, that is refunded “later”… When? Who determines if damage was done? Shouldn’t this person and I inspect the room together when checking in, and when checking out, just like a car rental?
Why should I walk out with this company controlling my money, and I am completely in the dark, as to whether my deposit will be returned. As I wrote earlier, if they want to collect this damage deposit, a company representative should inspect the room with the guest, both arriving and departing. The status of the deposit should be determined before I get in my car.
To make this even less comfortable, the room had a noticeable areas of peeling and chipped paint, scratched furniture, etc. What if they blame me for this previous “wear and tear”. Yes, I know it is not a 4 star hotel, so I am not complaining about the condition of the room. BUT, if you collect a damage deposit, the room shouldn’t be damaged when I open the door.

Location is super great, very close to the Korea town.
The toilet position is very weird.(For the room where I stayed)

The lady at the restaurant below demanded tip from me when service was really bad.

the location was in walking distance to our event. The food in the restaurant was amazing
the bed was too hard for me but most hotels are like that. Thw wifi was not as strong as i would like

I liked the simplicity of the hotel and the location. It isn't expensive but you get what you pay for, and I can't really complain with what was served to me. Simple room, one King sized bed, TV and aircon was great, and location was good. It was a great place to come home to after a long day and just rest and flick on the TV. I also liked the friendly hotel receptionist who greeted me on my arrival at 8:30 PM on Tuesday, 20 September 2022.
The place was a little outdated and noise could be heard in the hallway easily.

Good location to get the underground in 8 min walking. Nice and cheap Mexican restaurant (Sabores Oaxaqueños) near (5min walking on the 8th with Irolo st) with cheap supermarket in front.
The internet was not working 100% correct but may it was my room.

Our room was spacious and clean! Everything that you need is in there. Free parking too! They will even do valet parking if the parking slots are all occupied.
Everything was nice. It’s just that you need to go downstairs if you want to use the microwave oven.

The cleanliness is superb !

The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The location is good. The overall stay is value for money. Free parking is definitely a big plus.
The bathrooms definitely needs renovation. The building is very old and there is a weird smell in the rooms. The walls are very thin and that results in a lot of noise.
