The AC doesnt stay on. It goes on and off almost like it needs motion to stay on.

I stayed there.

It was close to the venue I came to town to visit.

1. I could not use Apple Wallet at check-in. EVERYONE has electronic pay options. I was told it "was down" but I didn't see a terminal. ALl of my cr cards are behind the double-ID of Apple Wallet so I don;t have to carry them. Lucky for me I had a debit card. 2. Lady at check out got nosy about a brace on my wrist. There's friendly and then there's STFU and mind your own business. Our lifetime interaction is going to last about a minute. There is no need to get personal. 3. The carpeting is horrible! (see photo) I'm surprised A) it got installed with that horrible design and B) no one has fallen down the stairs. I've NEVER thought to capture stairway carpeting in a hotel in my life! Maybe it's just me but optical illusions make a lousy carpet design.

Pretty good

The beds are comfortable. It was clean and quiet.

The breakfast was all carbs. some meat would have been good. I didn’t realize until evening that the back door wasn’t lockable, in fact there was tape on the door latch. I would have appreciated more security.

Breakfast bad poor quality,,carpet dirty in whole hotel,,room carpet needs good steam clean,room smelled,,had to buy glad plug in for room,,fridge froze everything,,even on lowest setting,,no vending machines,,

Disappointing breakfast - room nice for price

Lobby cheerful and bright. Rooms nice with window seats.

Breakfast minimal. Attendant didn't keep an eye on the coffee - only one pot and was gone when we went down. Ten minutes later he came out to make another one -is left on the burner but burner isn't left on so it doesn't stay hot. Should always be available and kept hot.

It was a very good visit.

Bkft was fine. Waffles, cereal and tst, bagels . Was fine for us. We were fine with the staff. They were very friendly.

I can't give you any complaints. It's a very nice place to stay.

Extremely disappointed, needs updating

The hotel was clean and front desk staff were very nice. Very convenient with many places to eat close by. Close to several gas stations and easy access to interstate/hiway.

Continental bfast was available but very few choices (4 small containers of yogurt, 3 slices of bread, green bananas, nothing hot other than a waffle maker/batter). We ended up getting fast food. Accommodations were "ok", two chairs located by the elevator were stained and very dingy. When we opened our door at first glance looked nice however walls needed some repairs. Chips and scuff marks on the walls in many places exposed drywall. No attempt to fix them. Metal trim around entery and bathroom doors were very rusted. The metal trim along the bathroom door was pulled away from the frame along the bottom of door. The cabinets in the room were very dated and handles/ pulls were very dirty and neglected. A few tiles on the bathroom floor were cracked. Our bed only had three pillows which were very lumpy and should be replaced. ( I did go to the desk and asked for another pillow and received one right away) I was awakened by slamming doors around 7:00am and people/children running up and down the hallway. My reservations said the room came with a microwave and a mini fridge but that was not the case! When I asked the desk about it I was told that only the double rooms had them. I had to throw out food that I had from earlier in the day. The room had no TV channel guide and at least half of the channels were frozen the whole time we were there. The phone book in the room was a few years old. I have several pictures of the room where I spoke about previously.

Good value but...

The noise level was a bit much. Between the trucks and garbage and other outside noises it was a short night of sleep for us.

Comfortable stay!

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The hotel is close to many restaurants.

Breakfast option is limited, but having a waffles machine is a brilliant idea!

Nice clean hotel and great staff!

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The walls are thin, but that's to be expected at a budget hotel. Breakfast was decent and we had a nice stay! Would stay again when we come through Iowa!!

Great little place

The beds and pillows were very comfy! The place was very clean. Everyone was so friendly.

There could be a little more choices for breakfast. But waffles and coffee were good.

I’m having little trouble with checking in, the place was pre booked, but the lady in reception, saying I don’t understand what you said, but after the check in process, I asked for coffee , and she fixed it.
