Unclear pet policy and rude communication from staff. I asked management to contact me and they did not.

easy to find after a long day driving I90 or skiing Big Sky. considerably less expensive than a Big Sky property and not too bad a drive to ski. Great location for dining in Billings. quiet lots of hot water. had a cool retro vibe.

Staff was excellent. Location near highway, shopping, and good restaurants. Espresso shack on site. Linens were clean and smelled fresh. Bed was comfortable. Lots of storage - 7 drawers, small clothes rod, 2 deep shelves, & a suitcase rack. Traffic noise was at an acceptable level at night.
Bathroom was very, very small. No safety bars at all in shower. Tub didn't drain well. Shower curtain was on a tension rod that kept falling down. Shutters instead of blinds let in far too much light. Fridge was in a very awkward place. Microwave was tiny. Only one bedside table. Part of the building was on a small rise that only had steps to access the rooms - no ramps, therefore not ADA compliant. Facility itself looks old and rough if you look too close.

It was simple and easy
The housekeeper knocked even though we had the do not disturb sign up

The fact they had a room available last minute
The room reeked of cigarettes and there was hair in the bed. The room felt like it wasn't deeped cleaned in some time. It seemed like nothing was ever washed and the bed was simply straightened without the sheets being changed.

Room was ok. Rest of outside needs to be painted, and some basic repairs done on door to stairs going up stairs, and carpet on stairs needs to be replaced. This place needs some real money spend to bring it up to par.

I’ve been staying here for years. It has always been the most bang for buck situation!

It was clean and the location wasn't too far off the highway.
The entire place could use a facelift.

dependable service, clean rooms, pleasant personnel, VERY Patient manager!

Did not even try. The place was disgusting and the worst of our 8 hotel stays in the last month.
The building was very run down. 5” hole patched up with white tape in the bathroom door. 2 burnt out lights - one in the bathroom and one by the night stand. The room smelled like bleach when we walked in. The office upon check in smelled like “weed”.

I liked the location of the motel. Close to food.
A more comfortable blanket for the bed.

this hotel-despite the look from the outside- was so clean, cleaner than some 4 star hotels that I have stayed in.
It wasn’t a problem for me but if you were tall (5’10” or taller) the shower might be a problem. At least in my room, the shower ceiling was really low.
