Never go to this motel. Website is untruthful!

Clean sheets and towels

Advertised swimming pool and full breakfast...pools were drained, and breakfast was a box of raisin bran and a soggy croisant egg sandwich. Rooms were filthy with torn furniture. Large stains on carpet (vomit?), and they tried to cover odors with awful carpet spray. Carpets were not fully vacuumed as there were inches of dirt around bed basebairds. No electrical outlet covers on some outlets. Evening manager was rude .

Not a “hotel”-expect an old motel. Clean and fine for one night.

Location was close to Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. Beds were comfortable and room seemed clean enough. Check in was easy.

Overall the “hotel” was more of a motel and very old and run down. I can tell they are trying to do improvements but it left much to be desired for how old it is.

Absolute nightmare

The lights in the room didn’t work, no electricity. All the towels in the room were dirty and thrown on the floor under the sink. The floor was full of dirt and white powder and looked like it hadn’t ever been vacuumed. We requested our money back and went and stayed somewhere else. Worst hotel experience I have ever had! I wouldn’t stay here if it was free!

Good location, good property, neat rooms and bathrooms.

The bathroom is very spacious and clean.

Overnight Stay

The front desk staff were very nice. We booked a King Suite which must’ve been very luxurious when the hotel was built but sadly time has taken a toll. The Jacuzzi Tub was very stained, no way I’d even step in there…shower not inviting either. Receptacle Cover missing from one of the outlets, looked very dangerous and cover missing from the smoke alarm. The bed was pretty comfortable so we did get a good nites sleep. They provided Jimmy Dean Breakfast Sandwich’s and OJ boxes in paper bags to go in the lobby. They take your order when checking in, which was nice.

Bathtub/shower, missing receptacle/ cover, dirty sidewalks in front of the rooms.

Overall ok but would not have been for a long stay.

It was nice enough for a one night stay. Location was fine.

It was really dated. Could use some upgrading of lighting (none in ceilings), outlets, bathroom fixtures. The balcony was really dirty with cobwebs everywhere.

room was filthy chair covers ripped mold in tub carpet had spots all over bugs in bath toilet was loose had to go to office to get coffee cups etc tp bottom of bath door rotted hall carpet very dirty

The only positive I have is they canceled our reservation with no charge after we viewed the room and refused to stay.

We appreciate a budget friendly no frills motel but this place was unacceptable. The carpet was stained with holes, the room smelled and the doors had visible gaps when closed. We refused to stay here. Awful!

The price and bones of the hotel were awesome, and the staff were very accommodating and kind.

wish it was just a little cleaner

clearly was nice at some point. big rooms and the infrastructure for good amenities.

really just the cleanliness that bothered me. but also… they technically have a fitness center, indoor hot tub and breakfast buffet, but they are all still locked up and in disrepair. obviously don’t need all that for the current pricing, but gives it kind of a spooky vibe.

Love the location. The rooms are very spacious and confortable. They do need to be updated. Great layout.

They desperately need updated, the microwave was broke, heater motor fan had a high pitch sound sometimes. Really need new Flat screen TV's instead of old box TV. Need new mattresses. They could be awesome rooms with some updating and tlc.

Quiet and comfortable

Our room was quite a bit larger than expected. The laundry facilities were convenient and clean and there was a very nice place to wait. There was a large grass area for dogs.

The outside door did not fit well and it opened outward like a barn door. The carpet was badly stained in several places but there was no doggy or urine odor
