Overall pleasant. Basic hotel. Will meet your needs. Year round pool!

Convenient to locations visited. Black Canyon Of The Gunnison NP, Lake City, Sweitzer Lake State Park.

More grab and go items at breakfast. Fewer bran muffins! LOL

The property really needs to go through and replace or clean some items. Beds and bathrooms clean. Lamp shades and curtains were disgusting.

we liked the price and location.

the pillows and bed were uncomfortable and we both woke up in pain. their hot tub was not working which was one of the reasons we chose this hotel.

Very good

Any negative comments are crazy. This place is top value. The place is totally clean, totally comfortable, easy to get in and out of. They have a solid breakfast. They have an indoor pool. I didn't use it, but next time I might. And people at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. Also, I didn't pay much to stay here. I am very happy I stayed here and will again when I am in town.

- friendly and helpful staff - great price - simple but good breakfast - strong WiFi - location close to Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park

- heating was very noisy - a kind of internet filter that blocked access to sites with presumably inappropriate content (e.g. erotic) - creaky bathtub

pleased with our stay, would stay again.

front desk employee was very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable and breakfast in the morning was great !

the pool was not in the main building so you had to walk through the parking lot to get to the pool building . the hot tub was ice cold and the pool was very hot

Spacious room with nice amenities and complimentary breakfast.

Good location with spacious room with iron & ironing board, coffeemaker, microwave & fridge. The complimentary breakfast was quite nice with waffles, bread, pastries and cereals.

There was stain on the carpet that could have been properly cleaned.

The stay was enjoyable. We would stay again.

Having the staff prepare a sack breakfast was nice.

We weren't able to use the in-room coffee maker as it was missing a part. Though we reserved the room for two days the room key card quit working after the first day and had to be re-keyed.

Run-down place, not clean, no wifi and nothing worked. Would not return and cannot recommend the GreenTree Inn.

incomplete room (no second bed, no nightstand) and hand towel had another person’s hair on it.

Won’t stay there again even though it appears they are upgrading the property.

It was clean and bed was fairly comfortable.

Strong smell of stale cigarettes in the lobby area. NO WiFi in my room. I got some story about updating their router. Listing specifically said WiFi in ALL areas. Also no cell reception so completely unable to access internet or cell service unless I stood in the hallway where I could access WiFi. I had to have key reprogrammed 3 times in a one night stay and desk staff acted like I didn’t know how to use the card key. I’m not a kid and have never had problems like that in other hotels.

convenient location. good value.

had to go to separate building for ice. parking lot was tight and steeply sloped. our key cards didn’t work on 2 different occasions, and had to walk to other building to get them reset. they stopped serving breakfast at least 20 minutes earlier than they were supposed to.

Staff need more training

Size of the room and standard of furnishings.

It would be unfair to say the staff were unhelpful as really it was just one member of staff. The hairdryer didn't work (it went on fire!!) The only solution I was offered was to let my hair dry itself. Then at breakfast it appeared that the same staff member just didn't want to be there. All the guests were left guessing as to how to access the breakfast bags. Fantastic facility but a disappointing experience.

Nice hotel

Room was spacious, nice and clean. Reception staff was friendly and helpful. We had dinner at a nice family style Mexican restaurant across the road, which we can recommend.

The breakfast bag was not great, but at least it was something.
