Comfortable and Affordable

My stay was perfect, thank you Wellsville Microtel.

Breakfast was perfect, the coffee was very good and plentiful. The staff was wonderful! Very friendly, courteous, professional, polite, and eager to help. I noticed that while they were not at the reception desk, they were working very hard in the laundry or the breakfast room.

I noticed that several of us had to go back to the desk with keys that did not work. The staff was very helpful and returned with us to the door to make sure the re-charged keys actually worked, which was very comforting and above and beyond. At one point, they gave up and gave me a completely different room because it appeared the door itself was the problem. I noticed it was being fixed the very next day, so someone put a work order and took right care of it.

Stay was great, price wasn't

This is my second stay at this place (more pricey this time because it was graduation time). Everything went smooth both times from checking till the last minutes. Friendly staff, clean space, decent breakfast. Overall it was a great experience

Too expensive, (over $300/ night). In addition I was forced to stay 2 nights which I didn't need since I was only there for a graduation

it was better than any of the other motels in town. the others were no tell motels from the look of it.

the breakfast was easy and free

the booking app showed different pictures of the inside rooms etc. very outdated and there was a couch in the lobby covered and had weird accent pillows on it. not sure anyone would sit on it. we also were charged $10 more than what the booking app confirmed with us.

Well it was close to my family so we was right there for Saturday

Well the first night and it was most of the night doors slamming so didn't get much sleep didn't see the staff on Saturday morning by the time we had to leave and didn't see the staff till Sunday morning said something to them and all he said was he sorry that it happened

Seems like a typical, budget friendly hotel. It was clean and the location was great for my needs.

The hotel was noisy. The walls had no sound insulation and you could hear every creak of the hallway floor and everything the neighbors were saying or doing. The bed wasn't the greatest, but comfortable enough to crash for a few nights. Very minimal breakfast. You can grab a juice or coffee to hit the road.

The staff seems friendly, but the hotel itself is not a great value based on how expensive the rooms versus what you get

The staff when we checked in was very personable and helpful. The room was clean. It’s in a great location on Main St and could walk to restaurants or stores.

The breakfast options were sparse and not much variety (didn’t seem like they refilled the stations at all during the four hours breakfast was offered). The coffee was a little weak/watered down. Wished there was a gym.

Several options available for breakfast. Something for everyone. I have to say the pancake machine makes fresh hot pancakes by pressing a button! Quite cool.

Clean, Safe, Comfortable, Convienent, and Kind.

If you are bringing your child to either of the local colleges, this IS the best place to stay. Reasonable rate, no issues with anything. You aren't staying in a 5-star resort, but you are staying in a clean, safe, friendly, and conveneient location.

there is always room for improvement. you can tell this hotel is used a lot because it’s the nicest in the area. corporate needs to get them more money. the staff is amazing and are always cheerful and helpful
