This hotel has serious safety problems.
I saw a very suspicious person (looked like a drug dealer) hanging out in the one of the hallways.
I saw a prostitute smoking outside of another room.
There was a very deteriorated van with people living in it parked outside.
Many of the guests in other rooms looked like drug addicts.
There is no breakfast.

Air conditioner wasn’t working very well. On first day toilet didn’t flush reported it and came back late at night to find that trash wasn’t taken out, linens were not replaced with new ones. toilet not flushing was not addressed. Also when booking it said that breakfast was included, when I asked what time it would be served they said they didn’t serve breakfast, just coffee. Refrigerator had build up and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Shower water valve tricky to operate.
We were visiting family so we just spent time there to sleep and to not have a functioning air conditioning , a functional toilet and only one towel for second night.

The only major issue I had was their website and booking.vom said that breakfast was going to be available and it wasn't until after check in that we found out that they were no longer serving breakfast, we were looking forward to that

The kind, polite staff.
They lock up the ice machine at night.

The heater was already on when first walking into the room , the lodge is really close to places to eat along with Walgreens . So location was nice . The microwave in the room was nice as well was able to get some microwavable food at night when everything else was closed .
It was advertised about free breakfast . But when I checked into the hotel , they told me due to covid there was no free breakfast . The breakfast was a good reason to reserve a room at that hotel . There was no small wash cloths to shower with . The toilet paper didn't look like it had gotten changed out . The walls were pretty thin , in the room next to me , unsure which . I smelt weed being smoked . Unsure why but the live TV kept going off for the time it was being used .

The bed was comfortable
Two of the lamps didn't work in the room. The front desk brought me bulbs and I did get one working. The room smelled like cigarettes. They don't actually offer breakfast. That's one of the main things that I look for when booking hotels.

The bed was comfortable.
The staff was horrible. We waited outside in 35° weather for 30 minutes while the staff did a shift change. They didn’t even apologize. When we got the room key, it did not work, so they tried it two times and then called the owner. The owner knew the lock was broken, but couldn’t be fixed during our stay. There were no other rooms, so we couldn’t go in and out of the room. There was no from smoking flash luck. There was no continental breakfast, as advertised. The room wasn’t totally clean. It was one of the worst, if not the worst, hotel experience of my life! On top of that, they’re still holding my deposit after three days. I called to complain to booking.com and just got a message that that’s how they do business. The hold will come off sometime in the near future. Do not stay here if you want a pleasant experience!

Not a thing!
This place is a dump! The bed sagged. The room smelled. The checkin process took 30 minutes because the attendant could not find the plastic door key blanks to program a new card key. The clientele was sketchy. Left the hotel without using it and went to a new hotel I booked doesn’t the street.

There was no breakfast. It was advertised as having breakfast and pic showed a waffle maker. Got there and no, no breakfast since pandemic. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.
Location, busy street, parking lot in back (in front of my room)was filthy; kind of creepy too. People hanging out smoking in front of rooms.
No breakfast in spite of advertised.
Sink drain pipe broken off at trap, so water from sink went straight down to floor
People lurking outside and smoking inspite of non-smoking room.
Room smelled bad
Noisy
Would not refund money because I tried to take a nap (used bed) before discovering sink broken. Left anyway.

The room was clean and had good amenities. It's an older motel, but it was kept up well.
There were people above us making noise all night. It sounded like they were moving furniture and around 4am, a stench (like strong pinesol) came in our room and did not leave. It still smelled when we left the next morning. There was really loud music at 4am.

Great location for us. We were returning home from Arizona. Great quick stop over.
The shower head needed some help. No big deal though.

Very friendly staff, the manager was awesome. Room was clean and roomy.
Nothing

The location and the coffee stand in the parking lot helped a lot. Since we didn't know any other coffee stands were in the city. Easy access to 395.
People using the handicap parking with no sticker or placards. It was very difficult for my husband to walk long distances to our room since we had to park a long ways from our room. Also the fridge was all freezer since there was no door on the freezer. Everything froze inside it.

The bed sheets were filled with holes, there was plaster and drywall all over the floor/table from when they had something on the wall fixed. It didn’t seem very clean at all.

Not much about room but manager was nice
Room in bad shape.

The customer service. Everything was tidy
Nothing to dislike

Nothing, it was dirty and smelled awful
The bathroom reaked of vomit. We found condom wrappers in our bedside table. Gross.
