The worst experience ever lived.

Everything, the strong smell of Mariguana I have a 14-year-old son and my boy couldn’t even breathe he preferred to go to sleep in the car in fact we had to go out the day before and travel back home during the night because the stay in that horrible place was unbearable! Not by chance do you stay in this place, I spent the whole first night with itching those beds must have even had bedbugs, the bathroom was covered and I called for service and they never arrived! It’s just that there was nothing positive in the hotel.

very bad, at 7:00 am they didn't stop knocking on the room door asking if I was going to check in, and it was until 11:00 am, then they opened the room door and disappeared, I found it very strange, because I screamed with fright that I took, and the person disappeared. I will never go to this hotel again

It was what I expected at the end of the day

An ESA is a ESA ... I liked the hardwood floors, the size of the room was good. Parking was actually good at this location this time.

Poor aspects: elevator broke down in evening of first night. Only one elevator. No ice machines located on premises, and no ice cube trays in my freezer, no silverware, plates, glasses, nothing

Thank goodness this is a temporary stay.

I haven't seen anything that remotely pertaining to a " grab and go" breakfast.

The lady, at the front desk told us that we haven't been here, long enough to get our room cleaned; but we have been here, since November 18th and our room hasn't been cleaned by them. And according to the website, they're supposed to clean your room; after every 7 days that you are there. I asked for the floor to be mopped and no one has clean or come to mop the floor. I went to the dollar tree and got a cheap mop and mop pads to clean the floor. And if the lady had said that we couldn't be in the room, while the housekeeper cleaned; that would not have been a problem. But, that was not the case.

great location, close to everything, great neighborhood. cheap place to crash while in town for a concert.

Hard mattress, window on ground floor unit would not close securely, door to room was warped or broken seemed very unsecure. Constantly barking dog in upstairs unit. parking lot is a bit sketchy at night.

trash in parking lot, weird smell in building, microwave edges rusted, no hair dryer or anything but a trash can in the kitchenette. Asked for coffee maker which I got but no creamers available. no restaurant on property. down an unmarked street with no views. outdated decor.

Very close to my job! Didn’t require a deposit/damage fee

The location is real creepy, up a hill tucked off in the back. Parking lot is pretty scary at night. Sketchy people outside smoking, hanging out etc. Room smelled like old bleach was used to clean it. The light above burners (can’t think of proper name) was very old and rusted. Older possibly Jamaican lady at front desk is rude!! Was at the counter waiting to be helped as she was walking out of the office, didn’t say I will be right back etc just left as I stood there for a min of 20mins. I had two reservations and was attempting to explain what happen and she was very smart mouthed for no reason wasn’t listening to what I was saying!

Someone punched a hole in the in the bathroom door. The tub was dirty as in yellow stains on the bottom. And the water that came out of the shower head had a slimy feel to it.

There were a couple roaches by the kitchen and the bathroom
