Spacious, full size appliances, quiet.

Excellent location close to 285, major corporations like State Farm, Cox, numerous parks, walking trails, restaurants, shopping mall, Marshall's, and TJ Maxx. The staff was friendly and helpful with any issues. I loved having the full-size appliances and a washer-dryer in the room. It was pretty quiet and the rooms were spacious and ac was good and cold 🥶 just like I liked it. 👍🏼 Complimentary latte, cappuccino, and coffee machine in the lobby. Highly recommend staying here whether it's a few days or longer, so much better than a hotel with all the conveniences of home.

The pool was closed and this was during the hottest days so far with the heat index making it feel like 100° + The Wi-Fi signal was not strong at times and DirectTV would freeze sometimes or need rebooting. Key card issues- My key card was deactivated prior to check out, even though I extended my stay and my new room wasn't ready yet. I had to make three separate trips back up to the office for Ms. Arnicy to reactivate it since it still wasn't unlocking my room and I was locked out.

Everything great but dirty.

Location was good, the studio was great absolutely everything.

Staff should be very careful with cleaning. Dog hair on bed and everywhere. The washer and dryer were full of dog hair. There was a large stain on the bed and the dog smell was very unpleasant.The price is a little high for the lack of cleanliness... I made the call for them to come clean but there was no one to do it, so I decided to do it myself (disappointed)

Wouldn’t have been bad because the issues we had were pretty small but they did add up.

It was very close to Lenox Square mall and Ponce City Market. Also not too far from Duluth. The staff was very friendly and the amenities in the room were convenient.

When we arrived the floors were very dirty. Not visibly but we took our shoes off for 10 minutes and the bottom of our socks turned super brown. The room smelled really wet. There were some bugs in the room (gnats, some flying insect in the lamp shade, and a giant spider). There was no where near enough parking. We had to park on the opposite side of the whole complex and walk to our hotel building if we came back in the evening.

t.v didn’t work it cut on and off room 413 and had bugs

the property t.v did not work on my stay I called the front desk and it still was not resolved, and it was bugs in the hotel roaches.

Not so happy customer

the room was very dirty, kitchen stove was nasty, bathroom tub and toilet was nasty and there was no breakfast, bed was comfortable. when you walk around in the living room and kitchen are the floor was very sticky.

P didn't like it when we drove onto the parking lot, first of all it was not Hawthorne Suites, the name has been changed to Premier Suites, later to find out at check-in the property had been sold about a month ago. they also stated that Booking should have informed us of that. The landscaping was horrible. it looked like a haunted mansion when we drove in. the bushes were almost as tall as the hotel. it looked very deserted. we were give a room on the back and we were the only guests in that section. the bushes were so tall I was afraid to stay out too late.

NOTHING! The condition of the room is unacceptable. It is not in any condition for anyone to stay.

Filthy, this was the worst suite I have EVER booked. My family wanted to sleep in the car rather than to sleep in the beds even after an eight hour drive from Florida. BED BUGS! The kids were looking forward to swimming and the pool was closed. It apparently changed owners in since we booked and we were not informed.

What stay? We left.

Nothing. There was an issue with the key. We could not check-in, nor leave and return without calling for a manager to come with the master key and let us in. Didn't feel like going thru the hassle so we did not stay. I suppose you want good reviews, but sometimes you need to face reality. This was not a good stay, in fact, it wasn't a 'stay' at all.

not clean. I bought my own cleaner thank goodness and Lysol. The toilet backed up and I tried to reach the front desk and was not told when I checked in that the front desk closed at a certain time so I’m trying to call with no answer and had to get up and go to the office around 4:30 5 o’clock in the morning because the toilet overflowed and I was told it was nothing they could do until 7 AM I asked the question so you expect me to stay in this room with no way to use a restroom or nowhere to go to use the restroom until 7 o’clock in the morning. They need to set up better standards or regulations for emergencies as such and after I stated that then I was called back to say they checked and yes I had to wait for maintenance to come at 7 AM or they can bring me a plunger and more towels. I asked for a plunger in the beginning and I was surprised that the Desk was closed and no one available. Thankful a plunger was brought to my room and more towels I did not use any of their towels the because they were not clean. I was very surprised

the front desk guy that comes in at 3 pm is awesome very friendly and nice. location was alright.

nothing in the room no dishes or pots and the room had refrigerator that sounded like a Mack truck running very loud and there was nothing in the bathroom not hair dryer the coffee pot was broken and only had knives no forks or spoons and two plates

Staff attitude, property wasn't cleaned to the standards of brand,smell of mildew,dirty sheets,towels,dusty and the lobby didn't smell fresh or clean. Staff overbooked and tried to charge me early without permission. They was not friendly at all. Staff was not dress and look professional. Property needs a deep cleaning and makeover. To be in a nice area. It was like staying in a 1 or 2. Not pleased at all

the room was not cleaned properly the furniture was disgusting both bathroom sinks were clogged we didn’t have any towels in our room. 2 of the TVs was not working the iron board was dirty and iron didn’t work properly guest had loose dogs running around
