Was close to the airport. Had to pick up my kids at midnight and we live 3hrs away.
No extra Pillow, sheets or blanket for the pull out bed. Had to use Pillows from the two bed and that only had three small Pillows on each bed. The room had a musky animal smell to it.
3.1
The room was big
One of the bathrooms wasn't in working condition the tub wouldn't drain water and it smelled terrible!!!
3.1
Nothing
The room had a nasty odor to it, very sour. The bed itself was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were paper thin. For $100/night this was a pathetic experience, I barely was able to sleep at all
3.1
No coffee maker or coffee in the room. Very small bar of soap. Extremely small bottle of shampoo.
3.1
The location and proximity to a lot around really adds to the hotel experience.
I got placed in a room where things were falling apart, so it’s hard to say if maintenance is a priority there.
3.1
Good location. room was clean and bed was
comfortable. breakfast was nonexistent. I saw
coffee but nothing else.
it was nonsmoking but there must have been a
lot of smokers outside so it smelled like smoke
everywhere.

I booked a room to stay because there was a flood in my home and able to use our showers and the kitchen. Upon arriving I was told I would have pots and pans and dishes to use in the kitchen. Over 24 hours later I finally received the dishes at the very friendly if you will front desk attendant said she would have it sent up. When is it to Walmart across the street together groceries never received at the pots pans and dishes promise. When I went down to obtain the dishes to locate half of them and bring them to us that never occurred. I never got to cook the meal that I have purchased ingredients for in our two days stay. When taking the towels down to receive new towels there weren't any available and I was told there would be some brought up to the room which never occurred. Pain going down to obtain new towels again the next time they still are not ready. I'm both evenings at 11:30 yeah but we received the cause of noise complaints in our room while we were asleep with nothing on in the room. We could hear running going up and down the hall to the Halls. While placing our clothes into the closet the shelving fell down and we had to fix the closet ourselves and we fold and put our clothes away on more than one occasion. The shower bar fell down. We reported it that no one fix it or try to switch our room and it fell down again and hit me on my head. The staff although friendly with smiles completely lied about handling any requests that they said that they would. They failed to follow through on any assurance that was Thomas was a room that we paid although it appeared to be a good value it was quite the rip-off.

I liked the location. The hotel was next to Walmart, Target, and the mall.
The hotel was so disgusting and dirty. There were crumbs in every corner. The carpet in my room had stains and had a foul order. It was very hard to sleep.
3.1
it was clean and nice for the price .
the bed was very hard and it hurt my back as well as my fiancé needed more pillows
3.1
They let us check in early because we had a Wedding to attend.
Everything.
The entire Hotel smelled like Cigarettes and Weed. NONE of our rooms were clean, They were all completely gross and the smell was so bad we had to go buy air freshener to be able to stay over night. Our sheets were stained Brown and yellow, Bathroom looked like mirror has never been cleaned, and soap holder in shower was gross. only had 1 pillow case on the pillow , we had 3 pillows. Some Black goop on the window sill by the AC. HORRIBLE and At check in they sent us to 1 room that was never clean, and another where people were still staying in there, they hadn't checked out and they gave us a key to their room.

Good location
Uncomfortable bed, no kitchen utensils, no coffee maker, no breakfast when the website said there was.
3.1
The website states that breakfast is served. When you get to the hotel you discover there is no breakfast. This is very misleading. The room is tiny, not enough pillows or garbage cans!
3.1
The staff
Dirty bathroom
3.1
Microwave. Been having a hard time finding a hotel with a microwave
No coffee maker

Location
Advertised breakfast did not exist. The twin sheets were on a queen bed and short rooms were not home. Rooms were not clean. No shower curtain had to ask for one and hang it myself. Limited elevators. Ambulances and police cars at hotel a lot. Fire alarm went off. There is more. Masks not worn by staff or guestOverpriced

The location is very convenient to I-480 on the western side of the greater Cleveland area. It offers easy access to restaurants and grassy areas to walk a dog if you are traveling with your pet.
The desk clerk seemed over-stressed and gave us room key to someone else's room, so that we walked in on a room that was in use. She apologized and gave us a discount for our being inconvenienced by this, but it damaged our sense of security in the room we eventually were reassigned to. Also, the common areas and elevators were dirty and in need of cleaning attention. The stressed-out desk clerk blamed everything on her general manager, which seemed like her not being professional in what information she shared with us. Also, the advertised free breakfast is unavailable, due to Covid (at least that's what the clerk told us.)

Room were really nice and clean
Very long check in time. There was no coffee maker and supplies in the room. Staff said, they are bringing it, by never received.
3.1
Reservations weren’t honored and people were turned away at 10:30 pm. Sheets weren’t on the beds. People with special medical conditions rooms weren’t honored.
3.1
There was no breakfast offered, because of the Covid, but they could offer muffins and juice on a box or bananas, but too lazy to fix something. Other hotels are laying out danish in sealed packages, even eggs, biscuits and gravy, juices, coffee. Also, I expected to see kitchen utensils inside the cabinets, I have to request for them and carry them upstairs to the room. The carpeting was sticky and nasty, need to change to hardwood floors or laminate. The floors are sticky in the bathrooms. Not enough soap and shampoo.
The rooms could use more cleaning, especially the floors. The TV should be bigger.

Clean friendly staff
The original room I reserved wasn’t available and I want notified til check in
3.1
There was none.
Well we were told that we couldn't get rooms close to each other but we were movr to another room on the same floor. The first room smelled of cat urine. We were moved to a room where the neighbor in the next room eas was very noisy and the door leading to the outside open and closed all night. It was not a pleasant trip. Couldn't rest!
3.1
Comfortable bed.
No coffee available.
3.1
Price, available kitchen in room. Comfortable
Even with Covid. Need to offer coffee. It is essential item
3.1
Reasonable room rate
People smoking in their rooms and the scent came in my room. Also couldn’t pay cash for room
3.1
The corner I was in was mostly quiet
Paid for better wifi and it was still awful
Couldn’t get coffee pot, toaster, or anything for the kitchen. When I called down to the front desk none of it was ever available.
Shower and sheets were dirty.
They only clean your room once a week, and the one time they did come in to clean.. the maid didn’t even vacuum the floor which is what needed to be done the most.
The door closest to my suite from the parking lot broke the second day of my stay, when I told the front desk she said they had to wait on a part. But it never worked the rest of the two weeks I was there. Had to walk all the way around with my groceries, luggage, etc.
