People very unfriendly and rude.

Lack of parking near room. Not a big deal though.

Not recommended

New furnishings and bedding.

There is no way this hotel is rated 7.9! The building is old and the exterior is dingy, a 1. The rooms are recently renovated nicely but still some old infrastructure. For instance, old dirty and loose electrical outlets, old CFL light bulbs, and no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Will probably avoid Quality Inns in the future.

Close to the interstate & restaurants. It was clean.

The wall above the air conditioner was in poor condition, crumbling. Requested a walk-in shower, was told on the confirmation that our request would be granted. Upon arrival, they told us they didn’t have any walk-in showers. So was assigned to a room with a tub shower. The shower over the tub didn’t have a lever to turn the shower on. Due to mobility issues, we were unable to take a tub bath so sponge bath was our only option. Mattress is old without much support & needs to be replaced. Room was not a $120/night value.

Price doesn't match experience

Staff was great. Breakfast was good. Location was great.

Room had clear damage on the ceiling. Shower had hair on a ledge from a prior guest. Smell of smoke in a non-smoking area. Price was extremely high for the accommodation.

Felt like I overpaid for an outdated room.

Staff was generally friendly. Breakfast was acceptable for a quick hot meal. Breakfast area was clean and kept well stocked. Beds were comfortable and room was pretty quiet.

The place could use an update. And for God’s sake remove the moldy shower curtain and wash it!! Loved this one: at checkin we walked in the front door through smoke as the employee was smoking right outside. Inside there was a sign saying it’s a “100% smoke free property”. She followed us in and proceeded to check us in as I snapped a pic of their sign.

Disappointing

Back door wasn't locked/didn't require a motel key card to access the building. I didn't feel safe there. Also a definite odor accessing the building/room. Office area was ratty/cluttered/needed fresh paint.

Overall good stay.

Overall we were satisfied. We stayed 3 days.

After the first day they missed our room on cleaning and restocking. I talked to the person on duty who was very nice and she left a note. The next day the room was clean and stocked.

The location was perfect and very quiet. Check-in was easy, and the room smelled and overall seemed clean. The pillows were newer and fluffy.

The tub looked dirty. It definitely needs a deep clean or some stain removal. The exterior of the tub needs some paint touchups, and the surround needs recaulking. There was a wall tile missing near the sink, and the bed was a bit lumpy in spots.
