I will never come back

Location

It was nasty. Will never refer no one there again. I had a tampon in my ice bucket. The toilet was nasty also

Nothing I had to leave early

I had a used condom and hair in my room and the shower was dirty floor was not sweeped

Decent room for the price

Room was comfortable and clean

There were people smoking Marijuana right in front of their room. I was traveling with my 82 yr old mother and 8 year old granddaughter so that was not good for then to see/smell

I wouldn’t stay here again

The bed was comfortable

It had roaches, I killed big brown recluse spider. Hair was on the sheets

Comfy bed, very quiet.

The shower is set up in a way that you have to step in and get doused with cold water before the hot water comes on

I was overall satisfied

When I read the reviews I was kind of worried about the room however when I got there it was pretty good they had done some remodeling the lobby look clean the employee was friendly my room was ok however the refrigerator door was broken and the floors could be a little cleaner not very many TV channels I did learn that I could have gotten the room cheaper calling the hotel directly no discount with Booking. Com overall my stay was good

The stay was ok but then became very uncomfortable

I liked the staff that was on deck. Very helpful & patient. Most hotel staffing are very impatient at times rude & no personality, just there doing a job.

The really bad bug problem did it 4 me. I won't be returning. I killed at least 17 to 23 roaches & they still were coming out of nowhere still crawling so I checked out early.

Glad it’s over. Won’t go back.

The room was dumpy. It had not been updated and had a poor appearance. The furniture looked run down. We stayed but just barely.

Great value stay

It smelled like cleaning products and most of the staff were very welcoming.

Some of the washcloths we were given had course black hair in them.

Reservations was canceled after 2 hours waiting period

Receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. Did not put forth any effort to accommodate guest. When asked to speak with management receptionist replied I am management with attitude
