I enjoyed every minute of it.

Every time I go to this area, I choose this hotel. Every experience I enjoy myself. The staff, service and room service is excellent. I will definitely stay here again.

Would not recommend

Some what the location

Did not care for it room wasn’t clean neither was the beds. Trash and dirty towels left in the room and they refused to give me another room or a refund if I left. Person on night shift was asleep in the lobby, this is so unprofessional.

Sorry excuse of housecleaning

The location

The property was horrible. The pool and the fitness center was closed down. The stairwell smelled of urine. The hallways had a horrible odor. My room was supposed to have a sofa bed there was no sofa bed at all. The toilet was dirty with skid mark in the toilet behind the night stand was food boxes. I was scared to even think of the sheets were clean. The floors in the room needed to be mopped.

Not perfect; a little out dated and not exactly accessible to wheelchair users.

Pool was closed; gym was closed. Minimum breakfast from what I could see. I usually don’t eat breakfast so I guess it doesn’t matter.

I’m a disabled wheelchair user. Although the room was accessible the bathroom was not 100% accessible. The shower chair was broken so I could t use it and they did have a replacement and there was no hand held shower wand.

Distance to my location.

The first room had bugs and had to switch to a different room. I would've switched hotels completely but it was late. The facility is definitely outdated. Also the beds were very lumpy.

The bed did not have a fitted sheet on it or a comforter the food at breakfast was ok except the potatoes was either to hard to eat or just soggy and I only had one towel and wash rag

The hotel is okay but it needs some revamping for management and quality of furniture

The beds were soft, the locks on the doors were sturdy. Rooms were spacious and the bathroom was quite large. Housekeeping were very polite and friendly.

Front desk Staff giving wrong/false information, some furniture was broken, washer n dryer was out of order, the pool had too much chlorine and was not available, the vending machine was broken with no snacks on 2 floors, not enough towels and wash cloths had to waiting for them to be washed and dried, hot tub was taped off, stains on the couch.

The location is convenient to everything.

The carpet was old and dingy. The towels were dirty or used excessively. There was urine/blood around the bottom of my toilet.

The hotel was fair. The room was decent and looked to be fairly updated.

The bathroom was quite dated. The patchwork was poorly executed, and the tub needs to be replaced. Being on the 1st floor, I could also hear walking in the room above us.

The rooms are nice and updated in a good location.

The rooms were very nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious and location is perfect.

I didn’t like that the people above me were bumping all night long and the next morning. I didn’t get any sleep. There was a dead bug on the bathroom wall. I just wish house keeping would have cleaned thoroughly.
