Raintree Hotel was an absolute gem hidden in the mountains. I saw the pictures before booking, but I had no clue what I was about to walk into. Check-in was easy, and to my surprise, right after check-in, the hotel had a welcome desk where the young lady would help with anything visitors may need locally. That was a first and very, very. Our two-bedroom and two-bathroom suite had an attached garage. Unloading my SUV inside a covered garage was helpful and provided a sense of security. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and everything I could ask for was a place away from home. We used the swimming pool area, which was nice. I noticed a barbecue area, a ping pong table, and an ice machine. Again, things that provided comfort to guests. Overall, I highly recommend it and would gladly go back again! Had I known that this one-night accommodation provided so much ease, I definitely would’ve booked for longer.

Great facility and location.
pool hours should be longer, or offer adults' quite pool time after 10pm.

The location is great, away from busy streets and crowds. Room was clean and well stocked with towels and other supplies. Staff was very friendly.
Timeshare sales was not necessary.

Location, walking trails, roomy accomodations, clean, beautiful views, lovely condo.
Pool was being refurbished, so it was unavailable and had construction noise. No toiletries supplied; remind guests at checkin and offer shampoo, body wash, etc at minimal cost. No ice immediately available in room. Was there an ice machine somewhere?

check in staff very friendly.
older. needs a good deep cleaning or a total re-do. our condo had a strange layout with no closure between master bath and bedroom- all light and noise from bathroom could be seen and heard from bedroom.

We had an amazing time here. The apartments were large, clean and homely. Any issues we encountered were fixed rapidly. Friendly environment with nice facilities.

Great customer service! A lot of space in the rooms. Quiet and secluded from the busy area of the city, but still very close to popular destinations. Our family will definitely be returning!

very clean and nice pool area. good size.
room was in really poor state of repair missing furniture and things didn’t work

The room was big and had a nice balcony. There was easy access to the pool and parking was just steps away. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. I also love that each unit has a washer and dryer.
Our room didn’t have pans to cook, only pots. We were also missing a sponge to wash the dishes. The room was a little outdated, but everything worked. The sofa looked like it needed replacing. The master room didn’t have a door for the bathroom, so if anyone was using it the other person stepped out of the room.

The Worldmark representatives were awesome --- Gabriel was awesome and even better was Kelly Smith who talked to us about the increased benefits. This was the best Worldmark meeting we have ever been to.
When we went to check in we were told that the television did not work and that it would be fixed the next day - since we were only staying one night - I was clear that not having a working television for a $200 night room was not acceptable. The substitution that they offered was a similar room through another resort that did not maintain the worldmark expectations. I asked if we could look at the room before we decided and the girl threatened me by telling me that if it was not acceptable she would not help us and that we would have no where to stay for the night. The room was similar to a worldmark room; however, there was coffee but no coffee pot...the carpet and flooring was so dirty that it ruined my socks - I will never get those stains out.

Location, staff, price, spacious. Hiking right from the apartment was terrific. Staff could not have been more helpful.
The apartment was large and clean but not of the highest quality. Certainly very good for the price though.

Very spacious bright and airy Feels like you could live here. Nice balcony and windows open fully.
Kind of old wood trim and older in general but the floor looks totally new.

pool was excellent.
no on-site dining.

Room size was great.
Requested first floor, got second floor with only stairs. No free wi fi. Many light bulbs out. Poorly placed towel rack requiring walking on slippery floor to retrieve towels. Window blinds old, damaged, partially inoperable.
4.3
Friendly staff, clean room
Most Worldmark locations have a small selection of food and drinks you can buy, this one only had a vending machine.

The house is great, large room and facilities are good
The fact that WiFi could only connect to five devices is so stupid
