Great family hotel in Key West that’s away from downtown.

We liked how it was located away from downtown and sits right off the water and beach area. It was great that he had a two bedroom two bath suite, which was great in the kids having their own space. The pool and amenities were very clean and updated. Also the staff were very nice and professional. We have found our Key West hotel for years to come.

Great location as beaches, tourist attractions & restaurants & shops on Duval St.

The property was well kept. Excellent place for a family vacation (pool, grilling area, etc.). Minutes drive to beaches, Duval St., etc.

Beautiful property, very comfortable and amazing views.

The Pool area was beautiful and inviting. We enjoyed the bar and the Grill for Lunch and drinks by the pool. Also the corn hole, Pink pong and Shuffle board. The bar tender was great. We especially enjoyed the patio on the room and the outdoor furniture.

The room above us was exceptionally loud even until 2 am. I think it was the sliding door was so loud. maybe the door needs service but it sounded like the guests in that room where dragging something very heavy across the floor every time they opened and closed the door.

Incredible vacation stay

We loved our room! It looks even better than the pictures. So much space! Our view was incredible, over looking the pool and the ocean. The staff was so nice!

Housekeeping did not come in to empty trash or bring fresh towels without being called. I assumed housekeeping would be in to do trash and towels on a daily basis.

We had a great time with these great facilities. Will definitely come back.

The view from the balcony was amazing. We could see both the pool and the ocean. Rooms were quite large and came with a well equipped kitchen. Plenty of parking. Close to beaches and easy access to downtown.

The clothes washer did not work properly.

Besides the excessive noise the Hyatt residence is lovely!

Repairmen drilling, grinding and pounding Directly under our room It was loud to the point of us shouting at one another This was a short visit, thank goodness! For the amount I paid for this room I was expecting A relaxing stay Not noise pollution The airport was quiet compared to this

Off the path but perfect room with a great view!

I liked the resort feel. The view was amazing! And the bar/restaurant (Abbey Road) on site was great. Our room was perfect for what we needed & we had on-site parking. Loved having a ice machine close to the room too!

There are some structural issues they are addressing. And the Uber rides to downtown were pricey. There’s not much walkable near this spot.
