Nunca limpiaron la habitación Nunca sacaron la basura No cambiaron las toallas No pusieron agua pedí 4 veces que limpiaran la habitación y nunca lo hicieron, tanto al personal de recepción como al de limpieza

Great location for early flights out of Pensacola

The room was large and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Free parking and very close to Cordova shopping mall and several dinning options. Very short walk to Pensacola airport. Great for very late arrivals or early departures.

The hotel felt a little dated.

I will never stay there again

The staff was nice

After eight hours they couldn't get me a door key that worked. The air conditioner for the hallway had a bad compressor so it was hot while i waited to be let into my room. The computer for direct paying of bar and restaurant items was down and my meal had to be added to the room charge, and the fryer was broken so the restaurant only had pizza and cold sandwiches.

Great breakfast, freezing indoor pool

The breakfast was excellent, huge selection with hot fresh options. the location was great by the airport and mall but wasn’t too loud. Nice to have a bar in the lobby.

We booked this hotel specifically for the indoor pool and it was freezing. Almost too cold to swim at all. The rooms was comfortable but pretty beat up and not very clean.

Comfy bed though

Very comfy bed, room had sofa and leg rest.. shower was a little bigger than most but smaller than I was expecting..key cards actually worked for whole trip 😅

Basic t.v. couldn't use Hulu , Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc.. No microwave in room. And the provided coffee supplies (creamer was so bad that the creamer packet actually said "whitener") bathroom essentials (actually body wash was empty)were WELL BELOW PAR for the prices paid for this room in my opinion...

I will not stat there again!!!!

The room was cleaned.

The hotel had NO!! towels available for the customer to take a shower and dry off !!! TERRIBLE!!! After traveling 5 hour you couldn't take a shower. They stated that the dryer was out and act as though it was not a problem to the hotel and staff.

Absolutely miserable hotel

Walkable to airport terminal

There was no TV remote control, no hair dryer, stained bedsheets, no "Do Not Disturb" sign. The staff and housekeeping knocked on my door 3 different times starting at 9 until 1030 in the morning asking when I will be leaving. An absolute disgrace for the Hyatt name.

Nice hotel and I would most definitely stay here again if I was in Pensacola.

Enjoyed this hotel. The inclusive breakfast was definitely worth doing. In a good location and the staff were friendly and helpful.

it was OK. family said they would not want to go back since we picked this hotel specifically for the heated pool.

location was good. employees were very nice and tried to make our stay good.

first room they sent us to was not cleaned from prior visitors, second room had other people IN the beds!!! the Indoor heated pool was not heated. we had to get our room card keys fixed 2 times daily. on the last night the Bar/food computer system was down, so no one could order food or get drinks from the bar

We stayed here because it was the only one with an indoor pool yet the pool was freezing and we could not use it. The planes nearby are loud and will wake you up. Staff called me a few days before our arrival and asked if I wanted the sofa bed made up. I said yes please and upon arrival, after checking in and on the way to our room with all of our luggage, a lady stops me in the hall way and tries to hand me the bedding. I didn’t have a free hand at all and thought this was very lazy and rude. The free breakfast was nothing to rave about either.

Everything would have been perfect if they had room service.

The room size was perfect The location was wonderful I got to watch the plans take off and land without the noise Ms. Brenda in the dining room was Wonderful very friendly she made our stay tolerable

I was my own room service I stayed five nights. Each day I had to take out my own trash. I had to go down and get towels and wash cloths even before linens and changed my own bed I had to ask for trash bags

Our flight was canceled and we picked the closest hotel. We will never stay at a Hyatt Hotel again

The staff was friendly and very helpful and welcoming.

The sliding bathroom door was noisy and did not stay closed if you closed it from the outside. The bathroom door was faded and looked dirty. The bathroom was not very clean. There were water spots on the picture opposite the toilet and spots on the side of the vanity next to the toilet. One washcloth looked used and worn. The beds were hard and very uncomfortable. There was a huge amount of dust on the vents and on the side of the red box over the vent. For what we paid I would have expected a 5 star rating.
