The room was filthy ( pubic hair everywhere in the bathroom)and the staff was rude.

My only suggestion is to have the night staff point at the written room number on the card. As a female I would prefer not having the lobby know my room number.

Sandra was absolutely amazing! She handle my problem the best way she knew how! She was very understandable and not only that while she was dealing with my issues, two other people came to the front with more issues for Sandra to deal with and she handle everyone wonderfully. On top of having to train a new worker. Sandra need a very huge raise, an paid vacation, a trophy, and all the things! Thank you again Sandra!
My card got charged for our room twice plus they charge me again for absolutely no reason. The general manager refused to talk to me which put a very very bad taste in my mouth. When I did finally talk to her after my vacation, she was very nasty to me telling me that she was at lunch with her mom when she got the call about my huge problem that was NOT my fault and that she deserve time off as well. She was quick to get off the phone with me. The only way I would stay at this property again is if they got rid of the current general manager and give the job to Sandra

The staff were extremely friendly! This was my first time visiting Florida, and staying here was definitely worth it. Everything was in close proximity of the hotel and a lot of places were in walking distance. It's only about 15 mins away from the beach, and the location felt very safe. Whenever we visit Florida we will always book at this hotel.
The bathroom floors could have been swept a little bit more, but other than that everything was amazing. I'd rate this hotel at 9.5/10!

Location and staff. Facility is very attractive.
Cold water was warm. I left my lotion at home, counting on having some in my bathroom but there was none. I was able to get it at the desk. Had to shower with tiny bar of hand soap. No body wash or bath bar available. Breakfast cost was too expensive.

Niya the front desk staff was very helpful and all of the other staff was friendly
I was disappointed that we couldn't get daily maid service beyond change of towels.

I loved everything and will definitely stay there again and refer to this as the best place to, stay when visiting Pensacola to everyone I know.

Nothing. There was absolutely nothing that I did not like about my stay. It would be nice to have a more extensive breakfasts choice as well as a lunch and dinner menu. This is just a suggestion. Everything was good

I thought that I was booking a hotel that offered free breakfast. I stayed at at Marriott in Puerto Rico that offered free breakfast. I was disappointed about that.
The paid breakfast was the only complaint that I had. The lobby was very nice and they did a decent job with the renovtations. I did not use room service. One of the stationary bikes in the exercise room was broken, but that was not a big deal. Staff were very friendly and called maintenance right away.

I have the following grievances.
1. For the four days we stayed, there was no evidence of any room service being done
2. The carpet was sticky. I consider this in adequate hygiene
3. After we checked in, we are informed there was no continental breakfast. For a four-star hotel, breakfast is a requirement for continued business. Looking through the photos online, they’re did appear to be evidence of continental breakfast been available. I would call this false advertising.
I consider this stay totally inadequate. For this I was charged $300 / night. I am requesting partial refund of atleast 50%.

The housekeeper was exceptional. She always took care of all my needs; I really appreciated her service.
Brought extra pillowcases and towels; did not have to wait long to ask again. I think she deserves a bonus.
I didn't like the fact that there was no room service and Star Bucks did not have my Black Tea. I think there should have at least been free donuts or bagels and coffee. Maybe you can take this into consideration.
