Did not ever check in she was unavailable.

Natalie. The lack of office hours. Charging people for rooms they didn't get. Reservations were not honored for the time specified. Could not make changes cause she was unavailable till 8am.

Disappointing

I was asked/told to "Be Quiet" on Monday afternoon at approximately 1pm, by the front desk lady... It was myself and my best friend I was so upset I almost asked for the night to be canceled and leave... I was walking on eggshells the rest of my staycation Very unhappy won't go back!!!!

Overall, I'd stay here again but don't expect them to honor their promise of breakfast.

The room was great and looked far better than the outdated pics on their website. Obviously new carpeting and the hot tub had been freshly updated and looked very nice. There is an outdoor pool but it was still closed for off-season and we couldn't evaluate that.

Their website states: "In the morning, we invite you to join us for continental breakfast in our lobby. An array of bagels, muffins, danishes, cinnamon rolls, and breakfast pastries are served along with juice and coffee." This is 100% NOT accurate as no breakfast of any kind was offered at any time. They seemed uninterested that their website is falsely advertising something they have zero intention of honoring. Also, the included WiFi didn't cover our room at all.

I liked how big the room was.

There was no microwave, the sheets had stains on them, they only give you one small blanket for a king size bed, there weren't any extra blankets in the room, the shower tub has a slow drain and not very much lights in the room. Not even sure if the place had vending machines, there were no signs.

If you jsut need a bed and a shower it will do but there are less expensive options.

Check in was super fast and easy.

The room was dated and not clean. Half the outlets didnt work and there was ZERO wifi. There was also no kind of breakfast not even coffee.

Location was good.

Room stunk. The water stunk like rotten eggs. Bathroom door was busted so you couldn't shut it. Plumbing from Room above was so loud you couldn't sleep. Not to mention you could hear every step they took. Sound just traveled right through. Tv was slow to change channels and had no guide or channel listing. Also no do not disturb hanger for door so they came in while we were gone. Entire room was lacking upkeep. I've stayed in worse but at a third of the price.

Hotel is well kept, clean and the front desk woman was super nice and accommodating. The location is terrific, bed was good and good water pressure in the shower. Also had lake views.

The bed was comfortable.

The light didn't work. the refrigerator and microwave were gone. The rug was worn through. A spider lived in the shower. The staff were not interested. The air conditionor didn't work in one of the rooms. One room smelled musty while another had overbearing room deoderizers in it. They came in our room while we were gone and gave us toilet ppaper but took our bathroom rug. No straightening anything else or even replenishing our coffee.

Loved the jacuzzi tub. Good location. Really loved the old school feel/vibe this place has.

Blow dryer was working properly.(no big deal). And, the bed wasn't the softest we've ever slept on.
