The state of the premises scared us away.

Didn't stay. Left after seeing accomodations.

Trash all over the place. Cigarette butts in the hallways. Just generally disgusting.

Find something better.

I liked the fact we only stayed one night. We wouldn’t have stayed one night if it weren’t for the fact we had been driving for 10 hours and were exhausted.

First, our door never locked. Anyone could come in if we didn’t use the bolt! I only knew that because I tested it. The room was gross. I actually put a towel down in the tub before I could shower. The surface of the tub was peeling off. It also had cigarette burns on several places. This was a non-smoking room. The pillows smelled like cigarettes too. I brought my own thankfully.

Any place but here!

Nothing.

There was poop in the toilet and the lights did not work. The room was filthy. Creepy people were hanging out all around and the outer door wouldn't lock. We ended up leaving and they said they would refund our money, but so far no refund. I will contact the credit card company and booking.com now. Horrible place!

Overall disappointing for the price.

There was no breakfast, just coffee. The room was clean and bed was comfortable.

At check in the clerk looked unprofessional in a hoodie, no name tag or uniform visible. There was an offensive movie playing on the lobby TV.. Walkways were icy and uncleared. In the room the shampoo and lotion had been partly used then left in the basket. Towels were thin, scratchy and stained.

Extremely disappointed

The bed was comfortable, price was decent.

I reserved the hot tub room, but upon arrival I was informed that the heaters have been down. So I had to settle for a regular king room(that meant the pool was also closed), i did receive a discount. I got to the room, there were zero towels, and two refrigerators. I turned the TV on, the picture was horrible, and barely any channels. The hotel smells like cigarettes horribly.

I propped a chair up against my door before going to sleep.

Pool is out of service, Maintenance workers smoking in shop with door open with Non smoking rooms all around. Heat was off in my room when I arrived. Fan would not kick off with heater so couldn’t sleep well and ended up shutting it off at 2am. Stains on carpet and walls. Dried blood on bedding. Bathtub appeared to have mold around it. Was told to park in back, doors are not secured. Lighting is bad. Cars covered in snow and another car with front end jacked up missing a tire. I did not park back there.

This room shouldn't be rented

The staff was friendly

Room needs a complete makeover and the bath is a joke. The carpet is ripped, you can't look through the window because there is something on it, which doesn't go away by scrubbing. The bathroom is the worst. There was a part of the toilet broken away and glued back to it. The tiles in the shower where bent into to wall. And the bathtub didn't work at first and then could only be stopped by pushing the tub in the wall. Which I guess shouldn't be this way.

Superb

The location was perfect and the property was clean, though older.

The only outlet in the main room was for the hanging lamp. My cell charger would not securely plug into the remaining outlet. The lamps between the beds did not work. I had to charge my cell and watch in the bathroom.

Exceptional

Honestly I only booked the room cuz I wanted the spa tub. I really don't care what the room looks like or what does or doesn't work properly as long as I get the spa tub. But, I was very impressed by the room as well. No complaints. I love this place.

No breakfast but during COVID, so understandable.

Really good value.

Really great value. Spacious and clean room with fridge and microwave. Convenient location. Quiet. Loved it.

The location staff good the room while the bed comfortable the light on side closest to bathroom could not be plugged in cord too short Breakfast was not there Staff member did well on recommendation The toilet while just repaied needed a bit more to stabilize the stool
