Great place to stay!

Very quaint house with great location just off the strip! Very homey and beautifully decorated. Great view of the river from the front porch made it a relaxing place to unwind.

Bathroom is small so it has a pedestal sink which doesn’t leave any room to put any hygiene products. But it was clean and updated.

Location was great. House was very comfortable. Plenty of towels. Would love to stay here again, we are thinking of trying to reserve in warmer weather, we really enjoyed the weekend and all agreed the location was great.

The fall decorations were cute,would have loved more seasonal decorations. Our group starts our holiday season the first weekend in December, we have been doing this for 38 yrs and would have enjoyed more seasonal decorations or no decorations, the house we stayed at in another town had no decorations last year but our group had brought seasonal stuff with us,a small tree and other small seasonal decorations.

Met all expectations and then some.

I liked that we could walk from the house to pretty much any activity we wanted. Front porch was amazing, we used it every morning and every night.

There weren’t any hot pads for the oven.

Wonderful, private and clean. Great for a romantic getaway or a family excursion!

Loved the privacy and comfort of the house. Location was wonderful, within easy walking distance to the downtown shopping and dining area. Loved the personal touch Dawn used when confirming the booking.

Instructions on using the upstairs fireplace would have been helpful. But there were more than enough blankets to cover up with and keep warm!

The stairs, no cable, we had to pipe our cable from home. My suggestion would be get rid of the nicnac decor and set your furniture so it is more accommodating to the room.

Great little house for a getaway.

The view of the river was awesome at sunset.

No exhaust fan in the bathroom, so the mirror was foggy while brushing my teeth. (Yes, this is nitpicking, great little house)

The guest House was charming. Like going to Grandma's without the grandma 😂😂

The TV reception was lousy and could have had sports and local TV station

Location and an overall excellent experience. The owner kept checking with us to make sure everything was ok. We will be back and stay. Wonderful place.
