We were there for Oktoberfest, so it was a good location
The room we stayed in was very small and only a full-size bed.

Great location and the cook was yet and very friendly
Like most in Herman’s the property is rundown and over priced. But better rates in the summer than Oktoberfest!

Automatic check-in through phone. Centally located to downtown.
Could hear semi-trucks as they drove through town on Hwy 19

Breakfast was great!!
Room arrangement could be improved by arranging furniture so you can sit and watch TV. Only able to see TV from bed which was a little uncomfortable.

We ended up leaving, walked in room awful. Small, no place to relax. Place for RR men to stay, no couples, not families
We didn't like everything

Clean, beds are comfy, pillows are nice. rooms are spacious
No ‘living room’
there is a parlor with a table, but there aren’t any couches to just chill out.

It was very conveniently located to everything.
We really enjoyed the adjoining rooms.
At first we were going to have to climb 40 stairs to our room on the 3rd floor but they were able to relocate us to the first floor.

The location was excellent, very near restaurants and shops. The breakfast was great and unexpected. We loved the charm and decor. The staff were accommodating and let us store our bikes and bags early before checking in. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, especially those riding the Katy trail since it was very close to the bridge.

The breakfast was nice and the attendant was very friendly. She came over and helped us figure out how to lock the doors. We had booked the bottom bedroom of Miller Haus but the air condition was not working. They immediately switched us to the top floor with working window units. The next day the HVAC vendor was there to fix the unit and everything was working but we stayed upstairs. We ended up having the whole house to ourselves and wishing we had more family with us to enjoy it. It could hold 21 people! High recommended for a large group.
This isn't a negative...just know that if you book a large group, two of the bedrooms are upstairs so people with physical limitations won't be able to use it.

location was great, staff are friendly.
outdated, musty smell, not worth $250 per night. we’ve stayed at numerous places in Hermann and would not return for this price.

Cleanliness
. . Said bed and breakfast. No breakfast because we were there on Monday through Wednesday. No coffee available at all. Had to walk to get coffee. Very dissatisfied

Such a great, Honey place and Debbie was so nice and very accommodating! I arrived at 2:00 am because of my flight and she had everything ready! Such a nice girl! And it was so quiet! Just perfect!
No coffee maker in my room but it was nearby so it worked out.

great location and we love staying in older architecture homes. staff was friendly and always willing to help you out
the only thing we didn’t like was that the water had a powerful sulfur smell…strong enough that none of us could bare to take a shower in it.
