excellent location for attending event at LA Convention Centre. Staff were efficient and helpful.

Room facilities were very good with the kitchen and lots of space for the family Breakfast was good with plenty of options

最高でした！！大変におすすめです！

・とにかく部屋が広かった・ソファーベッドがベッドして十分に機能したので二人別々に寝られた・キッチンのすべての設備が揃っており快適だった・朝食がついていたのが本当にラッキーだった・スタッフが大変にこやかで親切だった

・シャワーが使いづらい（機能上）・トイレはウォシュレットだったら嬉しい・スリッパは欲しい・近所にアルコールを販売しているスーパーがあればベスト

It was a great place to stay and will stay again.

The staff were all very friendly and professional. The room was very clean and didn't have any weird smell. Loved the daily $30 credit.

Didn't like how the $30 credit showed on the invoice. It was a bit confusing so will be great if there was an easier to read my invoice details.

très bien situé pour visité.

très beau hôtel au coeur de la city de Los Angeles, situé proche du musée des Grammy's et du stadium des Lakers. la chambre était au 8 étages avec vue sur les buldings, il y avait une petite cuisine, un canapé lit et un grand lit, armoire avec une table à repasser et fer, meuble de rangement, et salle de bain très correcte. on vous donne une carte qui permet d'avoir 30$ de crédit par jour de boisson et nourriture à l'accueil ainsi que d'autre offre le petit déjeuner se fait dans une très belle salle et très complets. très belle piscine à l'extérieure.

le parking toujours payants 65$ par nuit. et télévision qui ne fonctionné pas !

A lovely stay!

It was all great! Location was awesome, rooms were spacious, breakfast was good.

More larger tables set up at breakfast for groups. There was only one table that could hold more than four and it had one person sat on it alone!

crypto.comは徒歩ですぐ。安全です。

Lakersの試合を見るためにcrypto.com近くのホテルを探していました。会場までは歩いて簡単にアクセスでき、試合が終わったのは夜の10時を過ぎていましたが安心してホテルに帰ることができました。また試合当日は朝食会場やロビーにLakersの服を着たファンがたくさんいて、それだけでテンションがあがりました。2月に宿泊したのでプールは使っていません。

キッチンの設備にオーブンはありません。口コミで朝食が低評価でしたが、予想よりは種類が多かったです。もちろん、嬉しい朝食ではありませんでしたが。

Good Experience

Room was very clean and comfortable. The receptionists were great!

The breakfast could offer more fruit options (only banana was available). It is also important to have more training for the valets, so that they treat customers more politely. The parking fee is quite high to have a type of service that you are mistreated and have to wait for 50 minutes to have your car delivered.

Excelente ubicación, comodidad, limpieza y una atención excelente por parte del personal. Hay en recepción personal que habla español lo que facilita todos los procesos.

Que el costo del valet Párking es muy elevado. Y no cuenta el hotel con estacionamiento propio como muchos otros está concesionado

Room was spacious and clean, they gave me an excellent view from the 23rd floor. I’d never stayed in a Residence Inn / Courtyard.

Breakfast was subpar, really don’t have to do much to improve. Just extremely low quality.

Overall it was a beautiful experience!

the staff were all very accommodating. the room is quite spacious and it has everything we needed.

the ordinary items you will need like razor and toothbrush that is usually in the hotel room are missing. I think you have to request for it but it would've been nicer if I didn't have to and its' already in the room.

Loved the color theme of hotel, and loved our room - bed was comfortable - please add an omlette station to breakfast but loved the buffet breakfast

So crowded in the valet area - lots of traffic and hated the small bottles of water. There should be at least 4 waters placed in the room for guest by the housekeepers daily during our stay

Nice and clean room with a reasonable breakfast.

Nice and clean room. Good kitchen and the whole set of utensils. Coffee-machine with 4 coffee packets and 4 tea sachets. Location near LA Convention Center. Breakfast is just nice.
