Nice old historical building
Safety light right outside window. Bad a little soft. Pillows too.

The mineral baths were out of commission, due to pump issues, bummer because that is why we booked the place, didn’t like breakfast or dining options, the room we had had big light, from outside shining on our window all night, difficult to sleep.

Old fashion hotel with charm. Big room with very soft beds (old ones).
The pictures on Booking.com shows some outdoor pools with hotspringwater. But the hotel had only very small, indoor, private pools in the basement - the pictures was from the public hotspring-pools nearby, which you have to pay for the entry.

the tubs are varied temps
not much off street parking available and a very old building but it had charm

enjoyed dinner good price point and quality food.
Disappointed in breakfast quality. Harried wait staff in restaurant and cafe.

Loved the Hot Springs. Breakfast was great. Bed was comfortable. Staff was nice and helpful.
The cleanliness could have been just a little better. The baseboards and doors are very dusty. And the stairs needed vacuumed. The restaurant looked nice but everything was to expensive. Could have some choices that were a little better priced. We had to eat elsewhere.

Great old place, from what I understood the oldest hotel in the Lava centre, in a great location. Good beds, nice staff and the private hot spring baths were a nice feature. Will stay again when in the area!

It is a historic place, old but comfortable.
The breakfast could be better, without extra cost for some items.
The bath on thermal water is interesting but a poor experience.

Free hot tubs in basement, location, free breakfast.
Wait time for breakfast. Had I known how long it would take i would have ordered earlier.

Breakfast was nice, loved the mineral springs inside the hotel. I enjoyed how old the place was and how carefully it has been modernized. Loved that we stayed next door to where Teddy Roosevelt stayed once.
The food and drink at the restaurant were average or less. Bed was too soft.

Hotel was very pretty and has great amenities. Loved the included breakfast at their cute cafe. The private hot springs in the hotel are wonderful
The town was really quiet. Great for relaxation but not too much to do in the winter that we found. Not necessarily bad, just something to know.

We love everything about this hotel the customer service was amazing the breakfast was delicious
the only thing we dont like much our room was very dusty (floors and the table bottom) other than that everything was amazing

there was no outdoor outlet to charge our car, as there had been on a previous visit.

Charming inn, unlike anything we’ve ever experienced. The staff was exceptional- friendly, helpful, Idaho nice.
The only suggestion is that the pillows need replacing. They were uncomfortable.

Great little hotel. Nice to be able to have dinner and breakfast on site. Emily in the dining room and Amy in the breakfast room were some of the best staff we have had. Always smiling, very attentive, and helpful. Danielle at front desk was very helpful.
Location on google maps is wrong, leads you to an RV area. Better directions on use of hot pools. Rooms need a good deep cleaning and baseboards need to be cleaned, but it is an old building so understandable.

We love the dinner and Gigi who was kind enough to stop by our table. Made our trip very special
The bed needs to be upgraded and the AC needs to be replaced the duck tape isn't working
