Location
Was not as advertised.there was no one there when we arrived. The key and receipt for room was in a small box on wall of office window. I had to call on the phone that was by the box to ask where key was. Got to room. I had booked a deluxe double queen room. It had one bed. With a locked door to another which I found out after calling again and after about 10 minutes a gal showed up and opened the locked door. She said sorry here's the other bed and left. Not impressed at all. No password given for the internet that's the only contact I had with anyone there. NOT IMPRESSED

I stayed at this hotel on a work trip. The price was good, and I appreciated the location. A highlight would be the internet - it worked well, and was a reasonable speed. Also, the shower was decent, and quickly hot. Additionally, the room was clean, which is always a hope.
The facility shows its age. The heat was not on when I arrived, so it took a while for the room to warm up, and the heat unit was fairly noisy. Of the two chairs at the small table, one was missing a foot so it wobbled. In general, the furniture of the room was quite worn. The bed was adequate - a little squeaky and too firm for my preference, but clean and I still slept well. For what I paid, the room was about what I expected.

Overall, I was pleased with how clean and comfortable it is. I was surprised at the value for what was there. Loved how close a walk it was to the water.
There was some construction next to it, however it was not loud and did not bother us.

The location was barely OK, and I don't know how they managed to take the ad photo they did. What looks like a nice green lawn is really just a bare, stoney, dirt space. The building is a really rundown row of tiny rooms with no surrounding ambiance to speak of. No welcoming or management office. No one "on duty" - you call when you get there, and they come and drop off your key. Fortunately, it was quiet the night I was there, the water in the shower was hot, although the tub was really chipped, stained, and old - as was the shower curtain. There was no waste basket in the bathroom. The 2 rooms actually seemed clean so someone was caring and doing their job!
No breakfast offered. The coffee machine was a joke. The coffee and "creamer" was without any flavor (maybe stale?) even after I tried making it again using double the amount of coffee and cream. There was a moderately cool
refrige, possibly a micro, but everything was so dingy and unappealing and without any sort of plates or silverware, I can't image sitting and eating .
The furnishings looks as though were all very old and mismatched as though from various garage sales. Nothing you would want to sit or relax in. The bed was OK, pillows just awful. So high I had a stiff neck the entire next day.

My only recommendation would be to add a curtain over the blinds in the back bedroom. It got extremely bright in the room super early. Other than that, it was an excellent experience!

No breakfast was available but the facilities were there to make my own. Room was very clean and towels were the best I've ever had for an overnite stay. They smelled great! Everything worked as it should and would be easy to live there if I could afford it. So nice to stay at a motel that has some character to it.
The heater was a little noisy as was the fridge but didn't interfere with my sleep. The bottom door seal to outside should be replaced to help keep any bugs out. Also a TV guide showing available channels would be nice.

although the building is older, it has been well maintained. I loved the separate rooms.

Nothing.
This is a very run down motel. The office is a double wide trailer that is dirty. I think the manager might live there. The porch has out door carpeting that is torn and the slider doors are very dirty with small children peaking out. The two poor deer in the parched flower beds look like they have covid. Their skin is coming off. The rooms are very weird. They place is made with those cement blocks. Oh....and there were five cheap prints of Mt. Rainier in the two odd bedrooms and they were all the same print.
