Such a great place on the water! We had a wonderful time and definitely recommend it!

Friendly staff. Clean, beautiful setting. Great accommodations.
parking during the concert at Patriots Point. We were expecting family for dinner and parking was questionable.

Octavia, the office manager, was just amazing …. from booking, figuring out all the details of our visit, and making sure everything was excellent. Southern hospitality at its very best.
The cottage was fantastic— amazing views, lovely porch, light filled spaces, comfortable beds. We were in heaven and will definitely stay there on our future visits to lovely Charleston.
nothing not to like.

Location is centrally located. Easy access to Charleston and beaches
So minor, but a new carpet in the living room.

The view from the screened-in porch is phenomenal. We ate breakfast and watched barges and wildlife in the harbor while the waves hit rocks within 50 feet of us. Seeing a school of dolphins directly in front of our cottage was the highlight of our entire trip.
We also love the location. It's convenient to great restaurants and shopping within Mount Pleasant, and only a few minutes of North or downtown Charleston,
This is our 3rd time renting at CoCH. We love it. Something we notice each time we rent is that the cottages are aging and in need of simple repairs, and repairs made need to be repainted or touched up. Simple efforts would go a long way in preserving such gems.

location was awesome. set up was great! 9 small cottages with enclosed porches. very well appointed. away from downtown traffic and crowds.
it’s pricey. we didn’t have enough time to enjoys all the amenities.

nothing at all to dislike it was wonderful

The location is fabulous, just a few steps from Charleston Bay, and the cottages are arranged so that there is relative privacy.
There was a loud party of some sort at the neighboring resort so we had to listen to their music all day on Saturday. Disappointing since we enjoy the quiet.

No breakfast. Did have wonderful coffee and snacks in the clubhouse.

Perfect location. Lovely to sit on the porch and watch the harbor. Easy to get the boat across or drive into Charleston. Short drive down to beaches. Pool and bikes were great. Ryan was very helpful and nice - thanks for making it an even better stay!

Beautiful and comfortable property. Very convenient to town
I had to come a day late due to sickness and no reimbursement for that night

property is private and tucked away from the rest of the marina. rooms and view were beautiful and had decor was very “Charleston.”
I don’t have much bad to say.

The location was extremely convenient for sightseeing activities and meals. The water taxi was an easy way to get to the downtown area without the hassle of traffic and parking.
All of our expectations were met; there is nothing that I would have changed.

the property is charming and secluded even though there is a lot going on
only that we couldn’t stay longer

the location and view
bathrooms need renovations. windows were very dirty. beds and pillows were not comfortable. harbor dredging kept us awake every night.

Due to covid restrictions, there was no breakfast service. However, there were snacks in the clubhouse. Loved that the water taxi was so close and it was so easy to get into town. My husband loved touring the aircraft carrier and its location. Loved that we had options to eat nearby. The screened porch was so inviting and loved sitting out there looking at our spectacular views. The hosts were accommodating to letting my sister into our cottage as soon as they could since she arrived in Charleston on an early morning flight.
Our cottage needs a little updating like bathroom grout, etc. Everything was definitely as well maintained as it could be due to the usage and age.
7.0
The location was close to Mt. Pleasant and right across the bridge from downtown Charleston.
The size was perfect for 5 people, and the extra full bath was a definite plus.
The lighting in the bedrooms and bathrooms was poor. We had to get ready in the kitchen and living room in order to have enough light for makeup.
The pilot light in the fireplace went out, and I left a message with the property office to ask them to take care of this. They never called or responded to my request.

Beautiful location, serene and quiet right on the harborside.
The cabin we stayed in could use some minor repairs.

The space was much bigger than anticipated, really comfortable and clean. Free bikes made a big difference getting around. Colin who was front of house looked after us so well. Couldn’t recommend it more

Location...Cozy room, porch area...right on the water! Great for the Boat Parade and our Anniversary.
The wait at the Fish House for service...very short staffed, but like a lot of other places...sad.

Our cottage (#4) was even more spacious and charming than in the photos! We loved taking our morning coffee out on the porch to take in the view. We will definitely return to The Cottages on Charleston Harbor ☺️

Beautiful water views, private cottage, attentive staff.
A few things need updating. Shutters inside need repairs.
