We stayed at the Sherburne Inn. The staff were very helpful. They allowed us to go into the room early. The room was very clean. They even gave us a ride back to the ferry. The location was great. I would definitely book there again.

Bed was very supportive/nicer mattress & pillows. Receiving a ride was incredibly helpful. Breakfast presentation, selection was quality and delightful! Veranda & outdoor seating was lovely spaces.
Some fixtures needed attention - shower door, ac, fridge access - decor nice.

The breakfast was amazing! Every afternoon/evening the staff had fresh baked chocolate chip cookies and lemonade in the lobby. The staff was so friendly and helpful!
Nothing. It was perfect!!

The updated room amenities, decor and location to town.
Was not a fan of French door in shower going to outside shower. Also the heating and cooling pack did not work correctly. It was a chilly night and the temperature was 66 in room. Didn’t sleep well during the night.

Breakfast very good. Excellent location.
Nearby construction although understandable

Location was OK. Easily walk to downtown.
We were offered an upgrade that turned out to be a bad choice on our part. There was a large group partying and quite raucous on Friday night. Harmless but noisy. Hallway rug was disgusting. Food for breakfast exposed to everything. We watched one guest eat his bagel over the untouched bagels and getting crumbs everywhere. Not a good showing.

very comfy, Manager Alicia was exceptional
The refrigerator on the floor, no water available

coffee area
my heating system was ridiculous, I did not have on. it would make a loud vibration noise for about 8 seconds every 5 minutes which made impossible to sleep. I felt like a pow the noise was so loud it would jolt me awake and then I would try to sleep and it would happen again all night long brutal.

very nice accommodations. the bed was very comfortable, slept very well. the bathroom was great, very large shower, just took a while to figure out how to operate the two different shower heads and regulate water temp. only negative, no full length mirror. it would be the “cherry on top” if they had one.
I would have loved to have had a full length mirror in the room.

The Chapman House was our choice for a 1-night stay following a holiday weekend. Our room was small but very nice, and the older Inn nicely updated. Our shower was really lovely with an overhead rain shower and a hand-held spray. The toiletries offered were very nice and the bed linens were very comfortable and of high-quality. The breakfast was served at one of their other properties around the corner - The Regatta Inn and was well-staffed and nice.
Unfortunately, we were dissatisfied with their lack of communication. Our questions via email after booking were not responded to, nor were our phone calls answered. Once we checked in, there really was no staff around - we were on our own. We wanted to reserve their offered EV 'The Grey Lady' for a shuttle ride, but due to poor communication services and limited staffing, we did not find this available. The Inn enjoys the older charm of uneven floors, and our bathroom was very uneven by about 1" in maybe 18" across - you felt vertigo at times if you didn't pay attention. Sadly, they double charged us for our stay. We pre-paid upon booking, which was a requirement as part of the 1-night stay. After checking out, our credit card was charged again the full amount. I disputed the duplicate charge through a booking message, and fortunately I did receive a response within 24 hours and a credit was issued to resolve this issue. Overall, we would not recommend any of the Nantucket Collection properties due to this oversight.
