Convenient for transit

The breakfast was included and was excellent. There was a very comfortable large area of the lobby. Our room was very large with a sofa bed and extra TV adjoining the main part of the bedroom. it was the same price as a regular king room.

It was on the main highway. So there was no where to walk. And we could hear the people on the floor above us. We were on the ground floor facing the parking lot and could easily be seen. However an excellent restaurant was just up the main highway where the hotel was so that was a real advantage.

The proximity to Clarkson University, bookshop, Ruxxy cinema , the bustop and the very helpful staff

There was no daily room service to clean up the room but perhaps it's the policy no but I was too busy to ask.

I was expecting more from Hilton brand hotel

The location was very close to Clarkson University where we needed to go. The room was spacious and toiletries were provided.

I specifically requested to have the 2 rooms close to each other BUT we didn't get it. We were placed in 2 separate floors. The breakfast was okay, no staff available to assist if you have questions.

Relaxing, convenient, neat and clean, Perfectly maintained.

BREAKFAST WAS DELICIOUS. THE CONVENIENCE. AWESOME VARIETY. I liked the bagels, and french toast and orange juice best, YUM!!

A comfortable, pleasant stay!

Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, kind, and professional. The room/accommodations were amazing and well worth the price. The rooms are nice and comfortable, and the hotel was clean :)

This is definitely the place to stay if in the Potsdam, NY area.

Staff is always helpful and eager to assist.

Pool was not open the entire weekend.

They asked if we would like to be left alone or would like housekeeping come. Very nice.

I went to get chocolate waffles and the waffle batter was all gone. There was also a crack going from the crack where the ceiling and wall meet in the bedroom though.

The beds were very uncomfortable, didn’t sleep at all and the price I paid I won’t recommend staying there to anyone. The prices shouldn’t be doubled when the town has an event going on

Consistently good place to stay

We almost always stay here when in potsdam because it is consistently clean, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The workout room is in good working order and breakfast is included.

It is really hard to find things I don't like. There are few vegan food options but I didn't request anything so I can't complain.
