It was ok. just for sleeping and for what I needed this time but wouldn't stay again.

Small sitting area, beds comfortable, convenient location for what I needed.

Out dated, closet door didn't close all the way, pool in shade most of day, no breakfast, one lady at the desk very unhelpful and kinda rude. Rest of staff was friendly but wasn't helpful when asked about anything in the area.

Idéal pour 2 nuit, excellent rapport qualité-prix, bien placé

Calme (chambre donne sur le jardin), piscine et jacuzzi, centre commercial juste à 200 m

Un peu vieillot, mériterait un bon coup de rafraîchissement, surtout la mini cuisine dans les chambres suites.

Worst property I’ve ever been in and I travel numerous times a year

Nothing

Bed was rock hard and the springs were protruding outward, sheets were dirty. Refrigerator was disgusting, no towels or soap available, hairs in sink.

Property has the bones to be a good economy Hotel. Get past hurricane damage and give some TLC

Suite layout. Kitchenette, although didn’t use. Large bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff.

Worn out carpet over lumpy uneven floors. Worn out furnishings. Old TV’s. Less than thorough cleaning (ie crevasses and corners).

Exceptional

This was our 2nd stay. Staff are always welcoming and helpful. The rooms are always comfortable and clean.

It would be more convenient for guests if the pool and spa were open at least until 9 or 10 pm. It's nice to to take a dip in the pool or relax in the spa after dinner.

I struggled a bit to get hot water to work in the shower. Otherwise it was a great stay!

Welcoming staff and easy reaching location

Aging allover. no room service throughout our stay (4 days), no complimentary coffee/tea/creamers/etc, safes are not working, and poor cleanliness (seen roaches in every corner).

The type of place where you'd rather leave and go to work than to stay in.

It was as advertised but nothing extra. All features, furniture, appliances, carpet, felt old and very used. Staff was as helpful as could be with the resources they had.

Need to update all features, chipped paint on walls, mold visible on ceiling, dehumidifier and AC in unit all loud. Pillows and linens were old, bath towels thin, small and scratchy. Had to empty your own garbage, old analog box tv in bedroom. Kitchen items/utensils few and basic. The building itself felt like a mausoleum, very wide halls and empty even tho they claimed to be fully booked, I saw only a few people in the 3 nights I stayed. The unit itself smelled like a box of band-aids

Two toilets backed up and smelled like sewage. Went down the road and stayed at Holiday Garden Inn.

Nothing at all! This is a nightmare of a hotel. It should be closed. The Health Department should shut it down!

Plumbing is terrible! Two toilets backed up. The room was damp and it smelled. The room was dirty and rugs had stains. Disgusting!
