Terrible

I liked where the room was located so we could hear the band...

The pull out couch fell apart had no cushion.had no springs or support ... Had to buy a blow up mattress just to make my self comfortable told staff they said there was nothing they could do .also said they would bring comforters up there to make us more comfortable they did not. There were stains all over the walls in this room really needed to be updated the kitchen cabinets felt like they're going to fall apart. Also the shower was barely working you couldn't figure out which way was hot and which way was cold there was not enough towels for everybody that we had in the room we quoted for six people also the room number was 10:40 in the second tower. I wouldn't suggest staying in his room.

Other than beach front location, nothing was good. Dirty, unfriendly, inhospitable and lying about their amenities!

Well, where to start? Our room was dirty, definitely the least clean out of all the hotels I’ve ever stayed in…Someone‘s hair was in the bathroom, the carpets still had sand buried from previous guests. The balcony I’m not even going to mention how dirty it was… What else? The staff treated us like shit. Even though I’m always the person who says “well maybe they’re just having an off day,” being treated like we were made me sour. No hospitality, not even friendliness towards the guests. The only good interaction we’ve had with the staff was on our first day, with a wonderful and friendly valet. Other than that it seemed like all the receptionists seemed like we were bothering them and looked down at us (For the record we’ve asked them for spare towels once and asked them to change the towels on the third day, is all). The entire hotel smells like old people’s homes, the pool area (half of the first floor of the hotel) reeks of chlorine (never have I ever stayed in a hotel where the pool smelled that bad!) We’ve picked this location specifically of the amenities listed, and were very upset when we saw the condition of the pool and the fact that their gym was closed (they offer discounted rate gym about 5 minute drive away, that we would still have to pay $8 for a day…) Anyway, I’ve never written bad reviews for anything before but our vacation was something I’ve been looking forward for almost a year and paying that much money for a hotel with amenities and not being able to enjoy any of them was very upsetting. I wouldn’t recommend it, and certainly would never choose it again.

Not designed for a comfortable stay

The bar downstairs was convenient. The Free golf was a nice touch

-Money was possibly stolen from room -Hallways are hot and humid. -Parking is a disaster -Furniture in room looked as if it were picked off the side of the room. Nothing matched.

Nice location and lots of fun. Would stay again.

We liked everything this resort had to offer. The restaurant, the bars, the convenient shops. It’s a nice location if you don’t want to stay in the hustle of downtown Myrtle. Live bands every single night. You can definitely hear it if you’re in one of the oceanfront/view rooms, but we bright a sound machine and nobody complained it was too loud to sleep. The band stops playing at 11pm

It is a little dated. Could definitely use a facelift. The indoor pool gets very rowdy with unsupervised children. Throwing football most of the time hitting somebody with it, and doing flips into the pool.

I will not book this place again until a major upgrades are made. The resort is very dated.

The young lady at the front desk change our room and we were satisfied. The staff was friendly.

The property needs to be renovated. Our first room did not appear to be clean. The beds were made, but nothing else looked to be clean. There were grease smears and fingerprints on the table and sliding glass door, which didn’t lock. There was hair everywhere. The toilet was slow to flush, and the sink backed up. The utensils in the drawers were nasty. The drinks at the bar at the sand lounge were awful.

Old old furniture

I loved the location. The hotel was clean, everything was on location from a cafe to a convenient store. There was live entertainment, and a outdoor bar.

The bad part was the room was out dated. The beds were very small and uncomfortable. The furniture was raggedy, looked like it hadn't been updated since the 80s... Nothing like on the pictures that were shown.

Wonderful

I loved the spacious suite the facility was really nice and the indoor pool area was amazing everything was very neat and clean and I hate we missed the morning breakfast during the time we were there but we will definitely be back

The bed in the main bedroom the mattress was soo hard it was very difficult for me to get comfortable on to sleep the pillow were extra fluffy and I love that but the mattress felt like a stiff piece of wood. I plan to bring a really plush mattress cover the next time I visit!

Very wonderful, i cant wait to come back.

The property was very nice, i was unbothered the whole time. The atmosphere was fun filled with live music and great vibes!

The few things i did not like was the bedding, id prefer not have a brown cotton blanket between the sheets of the bed. The pots and pans provided were not cleaned properly with some food residue left between which is understandable with the dishwasher. The only thing i felt like should’ve been provided was more kitchen ware regarding dish soap, and towels.

NOT WHAT I EXPECTED!!!!

MOLD IN CEILING AND AROUND SHOWER AND RUST ON THE SLIDING GLASS CLOSET DOOR AND HOLE IN CLOSET AND NO CAULKING AROUND SHOWER HEAD BEDS NOT STURDY ROOM 1036 AND HALL WAY AND BALCONY SMELLED OF WEED AND MOLD. AND ELEVATOR WAS DOWN.

CLEAN THE MOLD AND RUST AND GET THE SECURITY TO SPRAY AIR FRESHNER IN HALLS AND STOP THE WEED SMELL IT HAS TAKEN OVER THE WORLD.

STAY AWAY READ REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING!!!!

Only good thing about this place is the location.

Where do I get started….first off checking in is not 4pm it was more like 5:30pm when I had to complain to get my room. Second the room we got was not the room I paid for of an ocean front view room. Was told those are the Vrbo and rentals. Third the room was very dirty with sand all over the room floor. The towels we had were stained with spots and gross looking. The faucet did not turn off completely with also rust all over the bathroom. There was a fire sprinkler in the shower ceiling which did not understand, luckily it did not go off. Fourth was the roaches we found in the room that we had to kill so most of our food that we had in bags like chips we through out after opening. Fifth the pictures on website are totally not what is actual! Six the beds felt like a pull out couch bed with springs all in your back all night long. Seventh the mold on the ceiling and the walls which hopefully no health issues come from this. Lastly I hope people read the actual reviews of this place and either need new management or torn down and rebuilt!

Overall we have nothing to complain about. You get what you pay for is a good way to describe it.

It was cheap and a good location. Indoor pool and hot tubs are great. I imagine the outdoor bar/restaurant and pool would be nice as well when weather permits.

The rooms are very outdated and beds very uncomfortable. They weren’t very clean either but for what we paid I could deal with it for two days.
