Exquisites Hotel in Prime Location

Die Lage des Hotels und Größe des Zimmers war ideal für uns als Familie und für unsere Unternehmungen. Der Kaffee und Tee am Morgen war lecker und abwechslungsreich.

Der Abfluss in der Dusche hat gerochen. Man wollte sich aber darum kümmern. Wir haben das Restaurant nicht genutzt, da es günstigere Alternativen in Laufnähe gab.

Cozy, comfortable home away from home.

The rooms were so clean. It had a bed and breakfast feel. The rooms were large and beautiful, very cozy! Perfect location!!

Perfect and relaxing.

This was a beautiful hotel, it exceeded expectations. It was very clean, and the staff was attentive and friendly. The location was great, close to Watkins Glen State Park.

NOTHING! everything was honestly great, I had no complaints whatsoever.

Perfect location with a beautiful view!

Fantastic location with a fabulous view. Room was rather large, bed very comfortable. I liked the extra's such as turn down service, the robes and slippers were a nice touch. I did appreciate the tea/coffee in the morning right on each floor. We enjoyed the bar and really enjoyed talking to the bartender, Sam I believe was her name. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Only negative I can think of is that one elevator was down and had to wait a little for one to arrive. Which is not a big deal really.

Beautiful hotel with impeccable service

The hotel is located on Seneca Lake with prime access to all the shops and restaurants in Watkins Glen. The state park is within walking distance. We stayed in the Commodore Suite and loved the balcony, spa tub and gorgeous view. The room service was fantastic. Don’t miss the Harbor Burger. Great stay. Great staff. Worth every cent.

We spent a lot of time hiking around the general area, visited a couple wineries.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable. Plenty of room and parking.

It was a very nice place to stay to celebrate my 70th birthday and go wine tasting!

Beautiful property! We had a room with lake view and it was gorgeous! There were fire pits on all day to Cosey up with my wife ! The bed and pillows was very comfortabl

It’s the perfect place to stay when visiting the Finger Lakes area.

Beautiful, clean, within waking distance to downtown and restaurants. Staff were so friendly! Restaurant and bar were excellent. Beautiful outdoor seating overlooking a harbor and Seneca Lake.

Excellent hotel in an amazing location and would definitely recommend

Lovely location, very well maintained. Excellent service from all staff members from bar to reception to restaurant, nothing was too much trouble. Restaurant food was excellent and served to a high standard

No tea and coffee facilities in room, coffee was available from the bar and also placed outside each elevator location every morning

Overall ok. Great staff, clean facility.

Staff was great. The attendant that checked us in was wonderful and the cleaning staff tracked me down to get me a phone charger that I left in the room.

View of lake. We were on the 2nd floor with a patio room. Trees blocked the majority of our view of the lake. For the cost of $600 a night, I would highly recommend trimming the trees so the lake can be viewed.

The staff was great but sleep was impacted by noise above the room and in the hallway.

Nice location on the water

Very loud noise from the floor above me. Can hear chairs sliding across the floors. Also, noise from the hallway easily heard in the room.

Excellent hotel, highly recommend.

Very clean, room was large, everything was very nice! Would definitely return!

The lighting for makeup application was not great. Lots of space and counter areas to do so, but the yellow-toned light was not ideal.

Facilty is well maintained. Staff is excellent. Food was great. Location beautiful. Quiet and restorative. Watkins Glen is wonderful.
