Good beach access. It was clean and comfortable. It’s not fancy, more old Florida.

It had good beach access and pool/hot tub.

Not the best bedding/amenities. There was a large family/group that overwhelmed the pool area and grills. The unit we stayed in did not have a beach view even though the booking listed it as a beach view.

The room was prepared and clean upon our arrival. The workers were friendly and helpful when I had questions.

The beds could have been a little more comfortable to sleep on but other than that we enjoyed our time there.

I had spoke to someone at the office prior to our trip to let them know we had to handicap ladies coming with us, but yet we still had a room on the top floor, also we were not made aware of the beach access being down and having to find a different entrance to the beach

I would like to see lockable gates between the upper levels instead of fixed bars. That way if you are traveling as a group you have the ability to walk thru instead of having to go up and down step’s constantly.

Steps to beach not built since 10/22 in time for tourist season, Now June. Pool 4 ft deep oddly warm. Not easy to replace towels. Beds uncomfortable but tolerable.

great location for a beach holiday

location on the beech front but access was limited because of storm damage I am sure this will be sorted in due course the view outside was great it was nice to look out of the window and see the sea

the lack of a safe in the unit and not all doors were working properly but we over looked this fact because of the recent storms and I am sure these issues will be dealt with in time

We absolutely love the property and will keep coming back. The staff is always very accommodating.

Location is perfect. not too close to “spring breakers” but close enough for a short walk to dining. Perfect for families.

The room did smell a little moldy or had a slight mildew sent.

The location, the whole pool and patio and beach access were wonderful. And close to other family members staying there. Two bathrooms were great!

The beds were somewhat uncomfortable, from lots of use, which we understand, but you asked.

Didn't like being across the street from other units next to office. No where in info or photos do they show unit across street with no ocean view. My reservation stated ocean view with balcony. I got no ocean and no balcony. That was fine cause I asked for bottom floor due to foot surgery but ib still wanted and expected ocean view. Ruined my whole trip because of location.

Excellent location on the beach near to many conveniences and restaurants

Location was excellent. We were right on the beach. Kiddie pool and regular pool are also excellent. The full kitchen is a great feature (microwave, oven, stove top, full refrigerator with freezer).

The TVs are tiny (26" TVs). I would also provide more pillows. The pullout sofa might only be tolerable for small children. Apartment really only sleeps 4 adults.

Make sure you know what you are booking

It ended up being a good place and a great location. I loved how close it was to chases ( great restaurant btw )

I booked for sea villas beach front. And when we got there we were told we actually booked at ocean sands right above the check in/out office. I was not happy.
