Amazing breakfast and delicious coffee in a uniquely charming and sophisticated Southern atmosphere.
I was surprised that there was no one on premise from the administration during the night, so it was unsettling if one needed something security wise.

Breakfast was great. Excellent location. Inn hosts were “the best “

location friendly staff
I think 2 pillows, not one pillow each might be more comfortable. I also believe complete hot breakfasts are typically expected- not prefab cereal in cups and nutrigrain bars

A stately old home filled with beautiful antiques. The staff and the owner had time to sit and talk with us for a bit to provide a little history of the home and the area

We stayed at this lovely inn en route eastwards and wished we had stayed more than one night. Our room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. John was great to deal with, very pleasant and helpful. He recommended a local restaurant which was excellent.
The breakfast was good: fresh fruit; cereal; yogurts; bakery items and eggs cooked to order. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Gorgeous building, the rooms are huge and very nicely furnished with Victorian style furniture. Very large, nice bathrooms. The breakfast was very nice, served in a gorgeous dining room in the main building. Plenty of parking. Very nice courtyard to relax in. great experience!

This place is located on a hill overlooking the main street in North Augusta, SC. The views, especially at Christmas, are fantastic. The room was awesome, but the best part was the staff ... John and Mary are tremendous! We've met some other hosts, but none hold a candle to John and Mary.
Nothing. Our stay was perfect.

The inn and rooms were beautiful and the breakfast was good.
There was no thermostat in our room and we found out that we were one of 3 rooms all on one thermostat so we were at the mercy of another guest. Unbelievable! Then, when we finally got some heat, we turned out the light and saw that the bright outside light was shining in the window over the door and there was no blind or anything to block it. We didn't sleep well that night.

First timer and I would highly recommend to everyone. Very roomy, large bath and our room had a balcony. Wish I could have stayed longer in North Augusta. Loved the decorations and the location (close to several nice restaurants), too.
Everything was perfect!!!!!!

The inn was really lovely. I liked that it was in a quiet location off the main road. The room was pretty, just as pictured on the website, and was spotless and very cozy. We enjoyed sitting on the private veranda and taking in the view. Breakfast was fine - I was not expecting a full buffet, and the owner cooked eggs to our preference and there was a nice array of breads, juice and fruit. Just enough to fuel up before hitting the road. I found it to be the perfect stop on our way through the area.
We were actually moved to a different room - the original had a plumbing issue. But the replacement room was just as great - so no issue there!

Unfortunately, it was a super-fast business trip, and I was not able to stay for the breakfast--an oversight that I will correct next time!

Breakfast was tasty and cooked by the owner to our specifications. The historicity of the place was appealing and the owner's informing us about the historical significance of the property.
